What is the release rate of the patch? If you weigh over 150lbs and it is a 50mcg/h and you actually apply the patch and don't eat it, or smoke it, or whatever other things people do with them, you should be fine. 50mcg/h is most likely going to fuck you out of your mind with no tolerance. Just put it on for a while (an hour) and see how you feel or if you are sensitive to it. Start slow and for the love of fucking god don't get addicted to that shit. If you even have the slightest addictive personality I would not go near it...shit, if your parents have any addictions I would not do it. The fact that you have "steady hook on fentanyl" should really weight on your mind. I don't think people need that available on the reg. Be safe, have fun. Peace.

i read when fentonyl was released there were more OD than the drug was even perscibed to. so thats not a very comforting statistic. if you decide not to do, ill do it =P im actually in alot of pain, doctors wont give me nothing and i already spent my cash on pills. enjoy this man, and keep the dose small

That's probably not something he is going to be able to control. This drug is designed for terminally ill patients to use right up until they die - it is not meant to be used for a period of time and then discontinued, like normal narcotic analgesics such as hydrocodone, oxy, etc...

Im still alive, dont worry i havent used it yet. It seems every one is telling me to steer clear of the stuff. So i think im going to wait a bit till i use it. My friend told me to take 30 mills of morph a day for two weeks before i dive in to the patch and it makes sence. I need a tolerance b4 i use it, so thats just what im going to do. ill let u all know how it goes if i do use it b4 then as im get anxious to try this bad muther fuka.

With all due respect, a 30mg/day habit ain't shit. Fentanyl kills hardened heroin users in one hit. I was using 1 gram of dope a day for 6 years when i tried Fentanyl. I fell-out (ODed) on the 1st hit. I'm not trying to scare you. Fentanyl is one drug that can not be used safely. I wouldn't even recommend wearing it. A single 25mcg patch is usually split into 10 individual doses opiate-tolerant people. A 100mcg patch contains 40 hits, for the opiate-tolerant. You admitted that you don't have a tolerance. You wouldn't want to use more than 1/4 of a Op-Tol dose. That means 1/40th of a 25mcg patch or 1/160th of a 100mcg patch. FYI: the "100mcg" on the patch is deceiving, it doesn't mean that there is 100mcg (10mg) of Fentanyl in the patch. It's shorthand for 100mcg per hour. Considering that these patches are intended to be worn for 3 days, or 72 hours, means that the patch holds 7200mcg or 720mg. Now anyone who has worn a patch knows that it isn't completely empty after 3 days so there is probably more like 750-800mg in each patch. Now you probably won't OD the first time you try it since you'll be a little apprehensive. It will happen 3-4 months down the road when you get a little over confident. Fentanyl has such a short half-life you won't ever acquire an opiate tolerance to it. The 1st hit is just as dangerous as the last. And don't forget if you end up having to go to the hospital, your next stop will be jail/prison due to narcotics use being a felony. Use your brain, trade it for some oxy or morphine.

Damn man if all the info isnt enough to change your mind you mine as well just throw the damn patch on..And taking morphine for 2 weeks to try to have a tolerance is reckless. someone else hit the nail on the head. if you keep taking morphine to get a tolerance to opiates so you can try this then your gonna end up becoming an opiate addict or a dope fiend. i have said this 100 times to my friends right before i do some perks or OC40 or something. only people who hate their lives do painkillers when there not in pain. if you dont hate your life and dont want to hate your self in the future, then just stop messing around on this dangerous line between addiction and a normal life

Organic you could sell it for more then you bought it for..its not worth it. And people that are addicted to opiates isnt because they hate there life.. They probably hate there life because of the addiction but not always the case for before hand. People usually get addicted by actaully being in pain and getting a few scripts..others abuse the harder drugs(not saying you but you fall in to this catagory) and become addicted quicker then they can realize it. Its a game I was say.

and what i meant is some one who abuses opiates deep down really dose hate themselves or something unchangeable in their lives, maybe subconsciously, before they start abusing drugs. i noticed it with my self, my friends, some of my friends teenage kids, and just people in general. addiction is biological and can come from your parents but in my opinion it comes from a few factors that narrow down to hating your self

johnson&johnson got sued for these patches killing people. 100 times as powerful as almighty morphine if i recall correctly

To the initial point, I think I saw someone mention smoking fentanyl? I tried it with an amount of gel approximately equivalent to the size of an airsoft bb (like the lil yellow ones lol). You can throw the patch on, but it has a higher tendancy to cause nausea.

Try to avoid using it frequently, fentanyl's have a history with retardedly high tolerance developing.

I don't think you understand what people are telling you. Fentanyl is extremely dangerous and not to be fucked with. Playing Russian Roulette with a drug that could kill you or produce a life long addiction just because you already paid for it and don't want to waste it is beyond stupid.

If you're so concerned about wasting the patch...then just sell it to someone and forget the whole thing.
