if your going 2 do it cut the patch into 4 even squares and administer them like idk when ever you feel like doing another one some people place a square under thier touge but they druggies

Patch is all gone and wont be doing it again for a while. If i do it again im pretty sure ill get addicted as i loved this stuff. The high was freakin awesome and even though i sorta felt like a scum bag when i freebased it, it didnt phase me that much as after i took my hit nothing mattered any more.

Well, Weed is good, but to some opie users, Fent is the Holy Grail...Nothing I've had is stronger. and..."Playing Russian Roulette with a drug that can kill you" is just about EVERY drug that is available, including Tylenol...Minus The Sweet Leaf. As with all drugsand pretty much everything in life...Knowledge and common sense is gonna be what determines if you have a great night, or if your mother is Going shopping for a tombstone Monday.

If you are getting if off the street in powder form, please dont. I cant tell you have many overdoses ive responded to (personally, at least 50 this year alone). Some of them we couldn't revive... Only get pharmaceutical grade fentanyl, if you can, which tells you the dose (ie from a vial). Be safe, this is a very dangerous drug if you dont know how to use it.

I used to get 15 patches, the 25s (25mcg/hour, 1 patch last ~72hrs when used correctly) every 30 days. Yep, a 45day supply every 30 days. It would only last about 5-7 days, but having 1 fent-week each month really was lovely. All legally prescribed cause I told my doctor I still had pain after nerve damage surgery... I didn't though. I miss the Wild West days of legal pharmaceuticals.... :spew:

Fentanyl Sandoz 37.5: Each patch contains 6.3mg fentanyl in a patch size15.75cm2 , releasing a nominal 0.9mg in 24 hours. Fentanyl Sandoz 50: Each patch contains 8.4mg fentanyl in a patch size21cm2 , releasing a nominal 1.2mg in 24 hours. Fentanyl Sandoz 75: Each patch contains 12.6mg fentanyl in a patch size 31.5cm2 , releasing a nominal 1.8mg in 24 hours. Fentanyl Sandoz 100: Each patch contains 16.8mg fentanyl in a patch size 42cm 2 , releasing a nominal 2.4mg in 24 hours.
