FFOF - First time all organic grow

Hello all, this is my first all organic water only (a few compost tea feedings are planned) grow and I'm super happy with my results so far. In total this is my second attempt and only my second + third plants ever.

I've noticed some of these bugs running around in the soil and around the cups I was hoping someone could tell me if their beneficial or not and how to get rid of them if I need to. They are very very small and white / silver and translucent, I can definitely see some sort of antennas and legs but their so small I can't get a good guess of what they are. This is day 27 since the girls broke through the ground. The soil is Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with Rice hull and dolomite lime (for later cal-mag issues). When I planted the popped seed in the solo cup, I put it in earth worm castings that was about 3 inches thick above the FFOF to help midigate early nutrient burn.
TYIA!!

Soil mites are common.

FFOF is pretty much READY RIGHT FROM THE BAG - no ammending necessary for most grows . I run specie layer blends with this soil as the primary medium. Ph is 6.3 from bag , so targeting water to 6.5 / 6.7 will suffice. No distilled water or other fancy water.
This will run tap water effectively, FFOF is already prebuffered and can easily “ recharged “ with a simple top dress . I run water only grows and it will power autoflowers effectively start to finish. For photo seeds , I have to do a layered amendment for longer runs.

First Example : my graph

or

Bottom 1/3 of container ( FFOF )
Remaining top fill ( mild potting mix / EWC ( 10% of container volume ) / perlite or pumice / dry fertilizer ( dr. Earth / happy frog fruit and flower or a simple 4-4-4 type ).
Ph water
and that’s it.

See my link in sig. ( FFOF for autoflowers )

Wow! Thanks for the info!! I am also trying out Nature's Living soil Concentrate... Originally it was going to be Kind's hot soil but they took too long to ship I wish I had this chart before I started though ‍♂♂ have a good night!

Im also using ffof and during transplant found a few of these. I know pics are blurry but do they appear similar? Did you ever figure out what they were or get rid of them?
Too be honest nothing really came of them and I still see them occasionally.. yours look very similar to the ones I have been noticing and im fairly certain that their just soil mites. I just found this post from Demontrich where he says that ffof comes with some beneficial soil mites in the bag :)
