OK OK, so I jumped the gun a little, I am about 2 weeks out from seeds hitting the dirt, but I am so anxious I couldnt wait to start my journel. THis Journel will cover everyting from the ground up. my first grow, my first grow room build, everyting from day one. This will pretty much be my first grow ever, I had two attempts before but very half assed and it was about 15 years ago. so here we go!! I will need a lot of help so please subscribe!
I just purchased some sweet seeds from the tude and I cant wait. Here are the seeds I got coming...
seedsmans white widow : I know its prob not the real WW but as with alot of these strains who really even knows where the real ones are anymore. I got these as a promotion for free, and I have to admit I bought some seedsmans mama thai to get the WW seeds. So I guess the promotions do work because I wouldnt have bought them if I didnt see it. I was going to get MRNICE's black widow as thats probably closest to the real thing, but damn those advertising guys..
Serious Seeds AK47: Along with the WW this is another "old school" strain I have been wanting to try since the 90's. Cant wait to drop these!
DNA Genetcics Pure Afghan: Sounded like it might actually be a pure indica so really excited about getting some REGULAR seeds and hope to find a winner here, atleast for me anyway.
Barneys Farm Violator Kush: what an amazing sounding and looking strain. I cant wait to grow and smoke this amazing plant.
I also got a bunch of UFO freebies, FEMINIZED UFO #3 World of Seeds Pakistan Ryder Autoflowering, FEMINIZED UFO #2 G13 Labs Raw Diesel, FEMINIZED UFO #1 Delicious Seeds Critical Sensi Star. These alll sound interesting, especially that Raw Diesel. I am really interested in how the autoflowering will go as well.
Anyways the UFO freebies will prob wait till later on down the road, but the first grow will consist of the WW, AK, violator Kush, and the afghan. Plan to do my first grow DWC with bubble buckets. I know I should prob start in dirt, but any hydro guy will tell you its prob easier to grow this way then dirt. After doing tons of research on the subject I chose DWC just because I feel I have more control over the whole process. I also chose DWC because it seems to me to be the easiest way to start in Hydro. Down the road I plan on a recirc system but for know a few buckets will do.
I plan on two 600w lights. Not sure the brand, would love to hear some suggestions. I will be going to the shop this weekend to pick up all the grow supplies.
SO WHATS COMING IN THE NEXT COUPLE WEEKS???
Well I plan on building my grow room, and also turning a cabinet into a clone / mother room. I should have my seeds in another week or two, and plan on having the complete setup ready for plants by about the first week in sep. so please check back on the construction process.
In the mean time, here is a pic of what I will be enjoying for the next 6 months untill my shit is ready to smoke....
