First Autoflower Any Advice?

I was thinking about transferring it from a 1 gallon pot to a 7 gallon
give it a shot and let us know
auto's have a weird tap root kinda shoots out sideways almost if it finds one of the holes and air prunes vertical growth will stop pretty much
worth a shot
but i steered away from air pruning pots after i had a tap try and squeeze through the side of a fabric pot about 8 inches below the surface

I appreciate the advice, I will def check the soil prior to watering, I'll be keeping them bone dry.

not really bone dry just wet enough that it doesnt stay water logged
pick up the pot to judge when to water
and when they are seedlings i water with a spray bottle just where i planted the seed until the plant is a few inches tall

hey tek thx for the advice on scrubber that's the easy part. its the fans im looking at for the new box im making. I found a set of 120mm rated at 69 cfm each with a speed control, gimme ur opinion will this work for a 2x2x1.3 space. im thinking so. just don't wanna go wasting what limited budget I have

i dont see why it wouldnt honestly
69 cfm even under a load lets say half the cfm's loaded just for example is like 6 times what you need
these are computer fans ?
you only have like 5 square feet in your box
so you'd be changing your air at a rate of like almost 14  times a minute unrestricted

I can only give u some of the basic "tips" but I'm no pro..

Supposedly autos are more susceptible to stress. a lot of people recommend not transplanting them, n planting directly in the final pot from the start. You can use the tiered method with a solo cup if u really want to start n a smaller pot, n just cut off the bottom of the cup n bury it partially in ur final pot later to create a relatively stress free transplant scenario.

The main diff of course is you don't need to induce flowering with 12/12 like you would with a photo. 18/6 and 24/7 (well...24/0) are common photoperiods used for autos n they will "automatically" start flowering regardless.

Some say 3 gallon pots are as big as you need to go with most AF but others claim better results with larger pots. Probably varies with strains so you will want to experiment with diff sizes to figure out the optimal pot size for the strain you choose.

I've heard you should feed them less than photos but you can also start feeding sooner than you would with photos.

They are also supposed to be more prone to hermy out but some growers have grown dozens of autos without ever getting a herm.

The veg period on some autos is too short to recover from serious training n topping, but some have had great results with topping autos when they time it right - doing it early - so the plant can come back strong before flowering begins.

Just a couple pointers from my research on them - take it with a grain of salt as u should with anything you read online. Good luck
This^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is all good advice, but here are my options:

You can start in a red solo cup BUT always transplant ( ONLY ONCE ) into your final pot.
As long as you have a nute rich soil to start you will need very few grow nutes BUT should you develop a nitrogen deficiency do not be afraid to throw some grow nutes in there.

If you are growing in a PC case, of course you will run out of room quickly. Your best bet is using options like LST/FIMing etc etc which still create a jungle in your PC. Cannabis needs room, a PC case is only going to produce a small harvest.

I know im in process of gettn new fans for new box that's 2x3x1.3 I found a set of 120 mm fans 69 cfl each with controller for 33 bucks or I can go with dual 80mm for a few less

FIM at 3 nodes tall
then start LST
then pinch every space between nodes branches and all
then defoliate before the stretch of flower
and you should be fine aslong as you keep a smaller container
