yea lots of things i can point out in this one. Foil is bad, not bad now, cuz of their small size, but bigger plants will get closer to the foil, and the foil reflects light in a way that causes hot spots, cuasing burns (noticed as white-bleached spots)
No perlite/vermiculite mixed in for drainage - not an issue now.... but by the time your flowering, its a HUGE DEAL, and then its gonna be too late to fix it.
that necrosis on the leaf might be nutrient burn, its very easy to have that happen with such a small plant
also, pic 3 or so shows like its a long stem before the first set of leaves appear, the coty-- somethings. i dunno what they are called, the 2 little round ones. im guessing they were leaning over so thats why ya stuck that little green stick thing in there, for support, just add more dirt, i try to make the dirt be around 1inch under the first set of leaves. more dirt = more space for roots, and more place for water to hang out for the roots - like a bigger plate for food.
will they be fine? yea, no worries, just dont overwater/overfeed, and lose that foil - use a flat white paint, or pay for the mylar sheets.
