Do you think I'll be better of destroying it and starting again?
Yeah, that's a tough question. Its going to take a little effort to get her back in shape, but she's going to suffer some stress and the end results may be less than stellar. On the other hand, its tough throwing out a plant you e spent time growing.

If you're not starving for weed, you may want to start over with some of what you're learning right now. It might just be easier. You should consider growing at least two, even if you have to grow them smaller. That way if one goes South, you still have others.

I'm sure others will chime in

Something you'll have to get a hold of are the temps. If you have to keep your lights higher than normal to account for heat issues, your plants will stretch and be spindly.

A couple essential tools you should have are an IR thermometer gun, and a lumins/lux meter. They are cheap online.

With a Lumin Meter you'll be able to tell if your plant(s) are getting the right amount of light.

With an IR Thermometer Gun you can get the correct temperature of the leaves/plant, which will tell you if you need to improve air exhaust, if you're not able to have your light at the correct distance without overheating your plant.

it takes a little time and effort to fine tune all this stuff, so it might seem a little overwhelming right now, but gets vastly easier with time.

No problem.
I suggest you run a 1/4 strength nute solution through the coco until your ppm is close to the same going in.
You have salt build up big time due to not feeding to run off daily and letting your coco get dry.
I would reduce the nitrogen as well.
Good luck
thank you ill try that first and hopefully it'll work. ive just gone to kill it, went at her with shears and all, and i couldn't bring myself to do it lol.
