Alright now for the next lesson on expository writing
Yeah, that's a tough question. Its going to take a little effort to get her back in shape, but she's going to suffer some stress and the end results may be less than stellar. On the other hand, its tough throwing out a plant you e spent time growing.Do you think I'll be better of destroying it and starting again?

I suggest you run a 1/4 strength nute solution through the coco until your ppm is close to the same going in.
You have salt build up big time due to not feeding to run off daily and letting your coco get dry.
I would reduce the nitrogen as well.
