LOL you're not alone, everyone wants to boost these plants.
Heres the deal, these plants have been surviving for years in dirt with no nutrients added so as long as the new growth stays green the plant is healthy.
I say new growth because as the plant matures it will pull nutrients from the older leaves and they will turn yellow and die. This is natural.
Now with that being said lets see how we can fuck it up. LOL JK.
Any nutrients you add to your soil will be ok in moderation. Just go slow and give her a drink in between. Like try 1/4 of recommended amount, then water. Do that for a week. If she looks good and the tips dont burn try 1/2 amount alternating with plain water. So the idea is nutes, water, nutes, water until you are at full strength and burn the tips of the leaves. Then back off. Or do what I do and don't go over 1/2 strength.
Three 30 watt CFLs is fine to veg with till the plant is about a foot tall then I would add light or flower. This goes for all strains.
