First Florida Outdoor Grow

Plan Your next grow.

Invest in some quality soil, worm castings, perlite, lime, blood and bone...etc

Buy a pH pen - mix up your water and nutes before you leave the house and cart it all with you. Fill your pots, i noticed at times your's only seemed half full?

Invest in some organic pesticide, pests are bound to happen in the great outdoors. It looked like a combination of bugs, pH, over/under ferts/water that killed your big one. Could of been prevented by being a bit more cautious.

Better luck next time.

Foxfarm Ocean Forest Soil is like guaranteed success all the time. Nothing but water for the first couple weeks, then nutes for flower. Foxfarm Makes it wayyyyy too easy its like cheating almost.

i havent grown outdoors but i hear good stuf bout the
AN heavy harvest spring summer fall stuff.

iirc its a dry fert u mix w/soil or top dress or sumthin like dat
i wuld think that wuld b easier 2 carry round and stuff

def get good draining pots 4 outside in florida i lived there 4 awhile and thers enuf humidity to do open air hydroponics practicly

Here are pics of my wonderful Himalaya Gold flowering in Florida... Sorry no close ups...

They have been through a lot and I think its a nice first grow

But I will be patient for the final product. Any guesses on dry/wet weight?

sorry to hear about the plants with some deficentcies and bud rot. i agree with greenlanter, using foxfarm ocean forest from seed to 5 foot beautys. didnt have to water them for a while and just fed them foxfarm big bloom due to them entering flowering. but went 3 months with out ferts and still absoultly no signs of any deficentcies. stay away from miracle grow shit. congrats on Saaving some of your buds. good luck with next grow. peace

Some of the buds started to dry up right on the plant so I took those branches home.

i have many buds in glass jars. It smells great :)

here are some pics... there are still some flowers developing :weed:

I can't believe your actually going to smoke the bacteria and fungus....

I feel sorry for those plants. Humidity I bet was the cause

I really dont think there is any mold or bacteria... :blsmoke:
i have been smoking it a LOT.....:eyesmoke:
no problems yet lol :bigjoint:

It smells sweet and it gives a great high...

I don't think the rest has fully matured yet so im gonna leave it another week but I will keep a close eye and if anything starts to happen, harvest.

wow ignorrance is his middle name... you dont fuckin see that you "so called weed" is brown. that should tell you somethin.
problems shouldnt occur immediately but in the long run you we be fucked and think to yourself.... "damn i shouldnt have smoked that rotten weed filled with mold spores and dangerous bacteria"

Actually mold smells like ammonia when cured, and my buds smell like sweet sensimilla.
Just because it looks brown doesn't mean its filled with mold and bacteria.

:peace:

sorry it took so long. Its a small harvest but I have some really decent Himalaya gold and im happy:mrgreen:

I have green and brown buds, been smoking both and no problems.. Great high and smells amazing... I have them curing in jars. I threw away the really brown and rotted bud.

Himalaya Gold is a great strain I recommend it for outdoors. Till next year :peace:
