First Grow - CFL + Bagseed + Cabinet (previously rubbermaid)

Only thing (nothing about your plants) is those pots are huge compared to the height of your cab, you could probably get away with a Hempy pot half their height and get the same if not better results, as you could have an extra week or 2 veg due to the extra height, gotta love hydro! btw that's not trying to be negative or anything just an idea!

Trust me, that is the FIRST thing that will be changed in my next grow. I'll probably stick to soil though as I still have a good amount of the soil left... no reason in wasting it. When i bought the pots i way underestimated how big they were (and how little space i'd have). I'm thinking about doing a straight up party cup grow next time, maybe eventually transplanting them into something around a 1 liter size later on down the road. Thanks for stopping by!

Hard not to post pictures... Anyways i was messing around and took a few pics of the girl. Tried some different settings and a few turned out pretty good. Also, i touched one of the buds to get a sense of the resin aroma and well, all i gotta say is it smells like straight fruity loops/pebbles whatever that fruity cereal is. Delicious. Can't wait for this shit to be ready to smoke

It's not just the buds it's how healthy the leaves look. Not a blemish to be found anywhere. Pretty as a dam picture!!
I'm three weeks into a similar set-up and was going to go with 2 gallon tall pots but I have a couple of lobster pots and the wire looks the same as yours.
I may just have to follow your lead if you don't mind Those square pots look pretty slick for the purpose. Are those just a home depot product GB and whats the capacity?


Sorry should have read first. 3.5 gallon maxi pots. Not gonna find them at cheapo depot am I. oops.

They are only about 5 bucks a piece, but no you will not find them at a hardware store. This plant has given me almost no problems, I guess I can thank RIU and lots of reading for that. Like everyone always says, you get what you put in. The pots are very nice, but a little too tall for my liking. Would be great if i upsized to a closet or full room but that's gonna be a bit from now.

Wow man, your room has come a long way from the original Rubbermaid. I'm impressed, and i hope that I will someday have a grow like yours. Now that my roommates know, I think it will be a viable option after this holiday season. I might get a mini HPS though. We'll see, but anyways plants are looking great!

I wanna set up a second cab with an hps in it but that's gonna be a little while.

mate that is a girl to be proud of! ... them things are gonna swell right up like you wouldn't believe and yeah i know what you mean about the doing pics.... when it comes to chop day i'm gonna do a full glamour shoot

i am definitely proud of her. She seems to swell each day, everytime i peak at her I'm surprised. As for the second cab, it's a little of all those factors. If i could set up a cab with an hps without have to use a full on inline fan I would jump on it like that but I know i'd need that and I'd like to set it up right with a carbon filter... Regardless I see it being a 400+ investment that i just can't do right now. Space is also an issue; with one cabinet in my room i can say its a clothes dresser or media cabinet, but if i add a second (much larger) cab then thing's are gonna get a little more obvious haha. When i do finally set it up I'll use my current cab as a clone/veg cab and the new one will be a flowering cab.

edit: thinking about purchasing some seeds soon from attitude, but I'm gonna wait till dec 4th so I can get 3 free seeds from reserva privada (along with 2 free dinafem+2 free john sinclair... I'll pay for 5 seeds and recieve 12... good deal to me ^_^) Anyways, i can't decide between dinafem shark attack and dinafem blue hash... here's some links

Both have characteristics I'd like (short-medium height, shortish flowering time, feminized, photoperiod etc), just wondering if anyone on here has personal experience with them?
