why are my leaves not looking like the perfect weed leaf. you can barley see the last 2 leaves and they arent straight. is it because my plant is so compact and bushy i think im going to put the light futur away tonight like 6 inches and see if they stretch

Ironic, I did the same thing earlier. My plants weren't growing much vert so I moved them away from the lights about 4" My leaves are weird like that too. Some are perfect whereas others grow funny.

little bit taller today but my nodes that are coming in are not getting enough light they are stuck under the top leaves. love the avatar pic lol

I need to add more lighting to my box. The sour cream which sits in the back of the box isn't getting much light. Yea, I love Bob Marley, been listening to his music since I was 3. My Sour Cream isn't growing vertically at all. Bubblelicious is leaving it in the dust. How many lights have you grown your plants with thus far?

I recently bought some slinky type lamps for a friends grow. Like a slinky tube with a clip for about ten bucks. Added good cfl's to this for the hard to reach places, they work great, easily adjustable etc.

I just got done adding two mounted light sockets . so i now have 6 26w on top and 2 26w on the sides im going to get the Y socked so i can put 4 on the sides for a total of 260w total. now do i have to switch to all 2700k soft white for flowering?

I think it's 80% 2700k 20% 6500k or all 2700k. It's more 2700k for flowering and more 6500k for veg. I'm running all 6500k for veg and will prob do 8 2700k and 1 6500k for flower. Going to be using 23w bulbs because they put off the same lumens as 26w but save a few watt hours.

cool thanks bro, so i noticed on your thread it sayed you thought you saw pre floweres? did you already start to flower? can you see sex before you flower?

No they weren't pre flowers, just more fan leaves. I think pre flowers have little pistils(hairs) popping out near the nodes.

i gotcha, im hoping my plant stretches a little cuz there are like 5 side branchesthat i want to get some light. i also added 2 more lights on the sides so that should help

day 21 no more holes or burns!!!! yay! my plant is in a 1/2 gallon grow bag to small right? what size should i use? anyways here is my pic i would like my plant to stretch a little. only been a week since i transplanted into a 1/2 gallon. to early to transplant? and what size should i transplant too?

How tall do you want your plant? The rule is 1ft per gallon, so if you want a 3ft plant you use 3 gallon bags.

i was thinking like 1 1/2 to 2 feet. im going to transplant into a 1 gal now and then get a 2 gal right before flowering. does that sound ok?

just transplanted into a 1 gallon bag. i feel like everytime i transplant now that i damage the plant. mayb it just me babbying it.

Careful with all the transplants. don't want to stress it too much and it hermi on you. Did you buy fem seeds? What I did was use a little 4" clay pot for a few days then transplant to the 3 gal grow bag for the remainder. Next grow I'll use party cups and wait a little while longer to transplant.

yes my seeds are fem. i feel like i stressed the fuck out of it. cuz i put to much soil in the bag that the plant was so hgih so i has to take the plant back out and take out some soil. i dont kno i might be over reacting but im so delicate with them that transplanting them i feel like im punching it in the face lol.
