Does it look like there are preflowers under the fimmed node on blue pot? If you zoom in on 2nd pic you will see. Second node from the top
 
Slightly nute burned from the MG. I'd recommend MG's Nature's Care organic line. OMRI listed, natural, organic, and it's subtly aimed at the marijuana market.
 
Ok I've just read through from the beginning. Your drooping/slight yellowing is, I think, the nutes from the soil. I grow in coco myself so I can't say what's best for you but I'd make sure to use something more appropriate when you transplant. You could put some more soil around the top to prop up the stretchy or floppy stems for now if that's still an issue, that'll also give you more surface area under the soil to develop roots. The more root growth you get, the more top growth there can be. Wait until you have a decent rootball before you transplant into their final pots, if that's how you're doing it, but don't let them become rootbound. Also, the better quality light they have, the more water/nutrients they can process so I'd probably listen to everyone who recommended changing the spectrum of your bulbs for this stage in their development.

I've corrected the nutrient burn issue. The stems are nice and thick so that issue is also dealt with. I only plan on transplanting the green pot as it gets bigger. Thank you for your comments.

I was actually referring to a new growth, I'll take a picture a little later to elaborate a little more. I read somewhere that under 18/6 lighting that preflowers could show up around 3 weeks veg. Not a rush just curious
 
That depends on the plant/strain. Most photo plants will not show their sex but yes some do under veg. That is more when your plant is more mature.

Now when you flip you will start to see it. That growth there will either be balls or the lady spreading her self in two white looking hairs. I read some people don't even get it sometimes till late in flower.

Less you are auto, you will prob need to enduce it. You can flip to 12/12 for a week to check the sex. But flip back so plant will re-enter veg. Or when it's bigger can take a clone then flip the clone to 12/12 (if you had a spot) can check clones sex to tell mom.
 
Yes, like I said. When the plant shows its sex it will be there. Either white hairs or pollen sacks. well the very top on the side branches looks like new growth or will be new shoots. The things on the front of the stem or middle is like that.

Circle in red if that doesn't clear it up.

Just looks like new growth to me, where it'll branch out. My WWs did show preflowers quite early on but they're clones so I don't know if it works the same, although now I think of it, my cheeses don't have preflowers and they're clones too and they've been vegging a lot longer than the WWs did, weird.
 
Added more light. So now there are 4 - 23 watt (100 watt) soft white 2700k.
And also 4 - 23 watt (100watt) daylight 5000k.

Would this be efficient to go all the way to harvest with?
