Hi guys. Im a first time grower and I know I have alot to learn! Im looking for some pointers from those of you who know what your doing. If something is obviously wrong, please dont hesitate to correct me!
I started these plants about 2 months ago under cfls. I used topsoil from home depot and after the first transplant, I began using the 400w MH thats in place now. With no added nutrients except fish water, the plants were doing great. One of the plants is significantly smaller, but I associate that with the aaccidental root loss from the transplant (oops!). In the last few weeks the bottom leaves started to yellow quite a bit on the bigger plant. I clipped them to save the plant stress, but it seemed to continue up the stock. The little one started showing signs, so I did a soil test. Ph was good, and the other 3 nutes were very low. So I purchased some petes 20-20-20 and gave that to them last week. I also changed my fan to be blowing in instead of out, and followed the easy co2 solution found in the FAQ's. I setup a humidifier today as well in hopes to raise the humidity. There is some slight browning on some of the tips, and some definite yellowing of the leaves.
Im hoping to get some reassurance or some constructive criticizm here. I want nothing more than to upload some pics of some sweet looking buds! Oh, and also, should I be spraying down the leaves with the nute solution, just water, or not at all. Thanks again guys.
Happy smoking!
