I don't ph when I do straight water either. After filtering its ph is at 6 - 6.5
First time grower. LED + Hps grow in 4x4 tent

Thanks for responding back So fast. I'm using rain water for now only a gallon left.Any insight on Using distilled water? That is what I have I believe it is 7.0 neutral so should I adjust

I'm not sure to be honest. I'm cutting down my quicksand kush tonight. It's my first harvest with these lights so I'll let update my yield in about a week

Here is some pics of the quicksand kush during week 6. They are actually much thicker now goimg into beginning of week 8. The calyxes are really starting to swell and all the colas are almost completely filled in with bud on the top 6 inches of each branch

If you do decide to add a light. I feel like you would benefit most from adding a 400 watt hps...that will give you much better penetration along with a good solid red spectrum. Led + hps worked great for me so far

Very nice man. I'm not much into the whole auto trend. I live in oregon and can walk a block down the road and buy some clones which usually have some high quality strains on the shelf. I prefer having a veg section and flower section. I usually have 3 in my flower tent. One is usually close to being done. Next one is 4 weeks after that. And 3rd is 4 weeks after that. Every time I take one out of flower, I bring one in from the veg tent making it so I harvest every 4 weeks

There's alot of factors thats could easily be tweaked next grow man. I feel like mine was partial luck along with obsessing and researching. But for some one who works 50 hours a week im pretty proud of myself in that sense. What is your light set up and medium/nutes.

Quicksand Kush! Harvested 51 days into flower. There were maybr 1 or 2 whitish pistils on some of the buds. And the trichomes had turned atleast 30%-40% Amber and the rest was mixed with mostly opaque and milky trichromes. It still may be a tad early. But more and more trichromes have been turning Amber every day and really don't want to reach the 50 50 mark. Will post an update with a yield on a couple few weeks!

Honestly this grow im outside. Started in march. Im using roots 707 soil in a 5 gallon smart pot and earthjuice nutes. I prep the earthjuice by bubbling it.
This was my first time and i think what hurt me was my watering habits when it was young. Think i stressed it out. But i got way better at it as the season went on. Its only like 2 feet tall lol.

where are you located mate? Overwatering in veg shouldn't effect it that much in flower. Maybe you over fed? I only feed once every third watering. I do feed with nutes. Then on next watering I use calmag and sugar supplement. Then straight water on third watering

Im in southern california next to the mexican border. Lots of good sun and great weather. Ya that could be it too. The plant always looked healthy and green never yellowed much or anything. But i fed usually every other watering until recently, seems like its been using a lot of nutrients lately. Itll start to yellow then ill feed it and itll turn green again. Good to know your feeding schedule though ill definitely be doing that next time.
When you water do you lightly water? And how often do you normally water? I was watering heavily every 3 days when it started to wilt slightly and itd perk back up. But my friend lightly waters every day and his are taller than i am.
