First time lighting question. Is this a good deal?

I use a 430 HPS in a 22" x 20" x 5ft SMALL closet...2-3 three full size plants/6 auto's and all I use is one 18" fan... no holes... granted I can't use HPS inside during summer so I'll use T's for summer grow...
if you do get it..I'd buy a new HPS bulb $40.00 approx, and keep that one as a spare as HPS have a lifespan and you may be near the end of yours... Luck...
