I guess I've been lucky so far. I haven't had a single issue with leaf discoloration or anything like that. I have one of those yellow sticky bug trap things hanging in the tent, which has been there since I started The only thing that's been caught in it is my hair. I probably should be more careful. I'd rather shut it all down than have bugs in the house.
We're going to try running two hoses to the laundry room tomorrow. to supply water for rinsing the buckets and another to pump out. I took down portions of the drop ceiling and it looks like we only have to drill three of the big struts or whatever you call them. The one above the laundry room door is two giant pieces of wood sandwiched together that run the width of the house. The drill bit only has 50mm depth. I couldn't find anything deeper at home depot so I think we're going to have to drill from both sides and hope it meets somewhere in the middle. I have two 75 foot hoses so I can do a straight run without having a connection somewhere in the ceiling that could possibly leak. I might be pumping out this weekend, but I have someone here to help do the heavy lifting if things don't go according plan.
@Thundercat that was one of the main reason I went hydro over soil or coco.
I think rdwc and a bit larger tent will be coming in very near future.
