for cfls could you uses these? there flood lights but have a cfl in them?
is there any other light that is cheap and wont run the electricity up that high but is highly effective

I wonder how much heat they produce. The ones listed are 2700k which are okay for flowering but you want 6500k for veg. 1,500 lumens each is not much.

your better off getting 42 Watt CFL's. those arn't true 100 watt bulbs, there 100 watt equivilent. 42 watt CFL's are 150 watt equivilent and give off around 2700~ Lumens.

not the long ones i like the spiral ones i looked it up and saw ge makes ones but its only online
