I think Bush did get into a alot of this mess but I don't think you can put the blame soley on him. No administration is perfect. I liked Obamas message of changing washington. Was it just words? Maybe but I think its too soon to tell. Chaning something that has been so set in its ways of working is no easy task. People resist change even when the status quo isnt working well. I do wish he had not come into office in probably one of the worst situations any president had to face with the state of the economy and the wars. I think that is making any attempt at real change and reform much harder and it would have been hard to change old ways in a perfect environment.

Feb 2009-- a school decides to have students sing a song that included words about obama and other presidents. Parents were given the words to the song. No one complained or said it was indoctrination. End of not much of a story.

Fast forward 7 months later and fox comes on with a breaking news of the obama administration brainwashing kids and parents furious.

The UNITED states we are not anymore and the media is at the front line of this.

Exactly. The majority of Americans digest this swill and actually think it is news. I will say though, of all the stations I have watched, Fox is the most outrageous. Posting that september Tea bag crowd file footage for the november "rally" (actually a fox news sponsored deal), Just shows how far they will go to lie and present Ruperts Ideas.

You said in Feb A school did what they did. In the 7 months to follow MANY MORE did far more than the original- hence the public outcry.

Why was there such an outcry? It smacked of Hitler youth in a very similar way.

Now, was Obama behind it? Who knows but there was objection to it. And should there have been?

Most libs would be filing lawsuit faster than they the speed of light.

It's just the difference between political types.

Anything can be God but Jesus. Mention Jesus or teach about the Christian faith and here comes the Law sites. But teach Islam - and speak out against it and you are hit with discrimination law suites with the 'media' in hot pursuit.

So lets do something different- Lets look at what we agree upon. I'm more like you, in many ways, than not.

List the ways that we all agree on something and then note what things we may disagree on. But keep the focus on where we agree.

I've been guilty of not doing that so- for my part I will endeavor to true and share things in a different way.
Is that a good thing for all of us to try to do??
 
there's plenty of examples of FOX news altering the reality, to suit their agenda, conservatives refuse to see it because they are in the same page as fox....

the child indoctrination story has to be one of the finest examples of fox literally making a story up...

i particularly enjoy the last little bit...

where he recommends to the white house press person to say: "of course MSNBC is bias, but they agree with us...." it's the cherry on top.....

Give me some kind of a percentage so I can get a good idea of where you stand, will you?

This is how I'd rank it, for the most part, from what I've personally seen. This is straight up honest truth right here, calling it as I see it. I admit I lean left on the social spectrum, but advocate the least amount of government intervention as possible.

The two I watch the most;

MSNBC - definitely left, 75%-85% liberal, 15%-25% conservative
FOX - complete opposite, 85%-90% conservative, 10%-15% liberal

These other three I rarely ever watch personally, so I can't really comment on them accurately, each of them seem to lean 50%-65% liberal, 35%-50% conservative

CNN
ABC
NBC

By far the MOST liberal is MSNBC, that is totally obvious. By far the MOST conservative is FOX, that is also obvious.

I think you are pretty close with your figures. I have been an MSNBC fan for a couple a years now. Being a lefty, I know I'm Biased and yes they do bring on mostly left wing guests, but I've yet to catch them making shit up and presenting it as truth like Fox. If anyone disagrees with that statement, please present your facts. Thanks in advance.

I stand with the majority of Americans that do not like seeing our country being destroyed by lies, deceit and deception. That number is growing everyday.

I do not trust the libs or the lib press.
I don't trust 'enhanced stores from any news agency.
I don't trust most/the majority of politicians or Judges for that matter.
I do not trust the majority of the members in Congress. This include Rino's or not.
I don't trust the majority of our State legislators.

The good news is more people are waking up- faster now than ever before. They are in the process of holding our public servants accountable ALONG with those that use the media to deceive.
Enough is enough.

I trust God and those that crave to make a better- free- world for all. I hate puppet-masters.
And slave owners.
And those who fight to remain ignorant.

As I said before- we (you and I) may agree on far more things that what we disagree on.

Agreed, but it's one thing for Americans to be pissed about something, it's another thing entirely for that situation to get bad enough to the point of action. The people in power are good at keeping that balance, of fucking us just enough to keep us controllable.

I really don't see it that way. As far as I can tell, they're doing a fantastic job of keeping the general public oblivious and ignorant to seriously important issues, and pushing shit on us that is seriously not important. The general public soaks it up. I sit here everyday and think to myself "are people walking around with fuckin' blinders on or what?". Teabagger parties and rallies are not progress. It's distraction. All of us are always too busy fighting among ourselves about shit that doesn't matter anyway for any real progress to ever happen. The media is to blame, they sell every ounce of humanity they have when they read a story they know nothing about because some guy in a booth thinks their face looks pretty on a fuckin' box. Even they are manipulated to a point, but I still hold them responsible. The politicians are in it for themselves. Almost all of them.

It's been almost 10 years since my husban began building a people based media network.. Back then most people refused to believe him when he spoke of what would be taking place in the future. Namly- when he told them that the Housing Market was going to fall and fall big- most Aspenites just scoffed. Now most of them have lost their shirts in a very bad way.

It's just that now it has become personal to them.

Ok, I'm back. I can't believe how popular this thread has become. I started this thread with the intention of learning about the lies and deceptions that are out there. In the beginning of this thread I said that Fox leans right, you guys don't have to constantly repeat the fact. Anyone that doesn't think Fox leans right is retarded. However, you have to admit, Fox is the only major network that challenges the current administration. I'm surprised no one said anything about Limbaugh. The Hannity crowd thing was funny. I honestly expected more significant proof of lies and deception.

It's all a matter of perspective, that's the thing. Last administration, you'd of said the exact same thing about MSNBC, would you not? A conservative administration being criticized by a liberal outlet is going to seem exactly the same as a liberal administration being criticized by a conservative outlet.

It has nothing to do with Fox being the only station that challenges the administration, they are the only station that is 100% against the Obama administration and the democratic party, so they are going to be extra critical of everything the administration does. The more liberal outlets are going to let more shit slide by, just like Fox would if Bush was still the president or McCain won the election.

They are all, and I hate to use this archaic of a phrase, shit seems like it's right out of the 1930's..., in cahoots with eachother! The media, the government. You really think it's just a coincidence the confidence levels of the media coincide with those of the US government...?

It's all a bunch of bullshit, fuckin' politics. I find the NWO theories pretty interesting, it seems quite plausable and feasable that a handful of super rich elitists are really pullin' all the strings.
