Damn that's alot of ppl left to enter lol. We might be here a while lol. Anyone have recommendations on lighting 4x4 for flowering under 600$

I would say 4x4 but I think it's lacking to cover a 5x5.

I would agree. I am an HLG buy but they are defiantly costly. Meiju and Kingbrite are defiantly good lights. Viparspectra, well those I can't say much about one way or another.

I have 2x viparspectra xs2000 they run cooler than my Mars hydro ts600 and when my delivery was late they sent another asap so i got 2 i stand by them . Im running 1 in a 20x36x63 in tent my first flowering with vipar now with some added red 660 nn/ 730nm far red diy emerson strips i wire up to a 40 watt meanwell driver

Fair enough. I don't like to judge things I have no experience in. I am currently doing a small grow under a Mars light. Got a kit and want to see if it will work from seed to harvest. The whole grow kit is less than a third the price of my light setup. The fact is that I just don't want to discount anything.
