What the fuck is going on?

#1- Alito references some madman that lived 400 years ago as a metritis argument worth noting & also some white boy slave owners that lived over 200 hundred years ago when women had no fucking rights at all, and writes the majority opinion to toss Roe vs Wade into the trash

#2-That cunt Gorsuch writes the opinion that it's OK to have prayer meetings on the 50-yard line after football games at a public HS.

#3- That fucker Thomas struck down the NYC handgun law that required proof of a need to carry concealed handguns in that city

#4- Roberts wrote the majority opinion that the American taxpayers must pay/give aid to religious schools

#5- My fucking favorite though is this one, that the EPA has no right to curtail the burning of fossil fuels, gutting the Clean Air Act.

What we need is to UNfuck them ASAP

Place to start is the midterms: it was never so important to vote *against* bad candidates as it is now. we need to vote as many “republicans” out of office as possible; it is an irreducible, necessary first step.

We need to keep the senate - *NOT* relying on Manchin, Sinema, or Collins - and strike the filibuster when the next congress convenes in January. Yeah, I love “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington“ too…but we don’t have that option anymore.

We need to keep the House, too: and with solid majorities in both houses, we need to follow the example of “those other guys”, who have never failed to roll over the democrats every chance they’ve had: WE need to rollout reforms - right *over* them, if they insist. Electoral, judicial - there are so many fronts where *real* action is urgently needed, and when we get the ball we must RUN with it & not stop short of the goal.

We need to extract 4 people from SCOTUS; we need to expand the court; we need to resist the repeal and reversal of the last 160 year, and no joke.

It is so bad that my bicycle’s Right Wheel has frozen solid (I think it’s filibusted) and is now resisting any forward progress at all and leaving the Left Wheel stuck with all the work and laboriously lurching in circles. It coasts backward too easily as well.
