Fucking Earth Juice

Well hey pot smokers!!! Ive been gone quite a while and Im very dissapointed to say the least. I had been using Earth Juice line of products for like 16 weeks in my room and I found out on the 15th week or so that the EJ products that I was using were bad and pulled off the shelf so for 15 weeks my babys were being fed (fast food) shall we and I didnt even know. Results were some real fluff and not a whole lot of trichs not what I was hoping for. The Power skunk is really stoney and sticky and the Ultra Haze was not what I expected,. I am using the Roots Organics line noe and here let me post a pic of my BABY Ultra Haze 2 this bitch was grown prime and she will be ready in 4 weeks Im very proud of her and to think I was going to throw her out cause she was a struggler shes the shit now. My whole goal of this thread was to enlighten people about that good ol EJ.

i've had nothin but problems with earth juice nutes also, cant get my plants to stay green and healthy

As sad as it sounds switch nutes now I believe you will continue to have problems. I didnt believe it for 16 weeks and now I have learned from my mistakes.

About the earth Juice being pulled because it was bad.

Fuck yea Roots!! I use the roots line as well and it fucking rocks! I especially love there soil, it kicks fox farms soil's ass big time

I used to use Earth Juice a couple years ago until I wasn't really happy with the results. I noticed that my plants weren't getting trich filled either, so I switched.

I see you have HP2, but have ever used Roots HPK? I was thinking of using as a flower booster on my next grow instead of Alaska MorBloom.

i, too, am switching from ej. there are just too many complications with the pH and what not. things go well for the first month or so, then....BAM!! plants go yellow, get burn spots, so on. if anyone is considering getting earth juice for the spectacle of cheap organics, you really get what you pay for with this stuff. i'm switching to g.h. flora, hopefully i'll have better results with the lucas formula.

Switch to botanicare. The ph stays more stable, and the veg formula doesn't smell like turd.

Supplementing the latter stages of flowering with products such as Grotek Monster Bloom or GH Kool Bloom would increase trichome production.


Good old indonesian bat shit would do the trick, too.

Yo SMP the only source I have is a place called hi desert hydroponics in apple valley ca hes the one that tol me he had to clear the store of EJ. As for the ROOTS I use the entire line of them except the oregonism XL the shit seems to produce mad trichs within the first week or so of flower. I will be switching soils after my harvest to 100% ROOTS ORGANICS materials they do rock just utilize the full line its nice.

Not to mention I did have awesome plants with EJ but only for abut 2 months then walla Bullshit.

Been using Earth Juice throughout several grows. I use it in Fox Farm Ocean Forest mostly, with a few amendments.
I use the Grow and Bloom, and molasses throughout the grow. Liquid Karma every watering. When I am using a high dose of EJ I also add dolomite lime to the water.

You should use both Grow and Bloom throughout the grow, until the end of flower, if you don't have plenty of nitrogen (slow release) in there. Don't totally stop using the Grow at the beginning of flower, in other words.

And my plants are green.

I'm with Nullis on this. EJ has been working fine.

Is there anything besides 1 shop that had to 'clear their shelves'? Was it just that shop, a entire production run, or what?

This is lacking a lot of info that I would be curious to hear.

don't blame the tools ...... as the saying goes . thered no set way no formula , and no back of the bottle instruction that will guerantee good crop . knowing the strains ins and outs ,fortitude , and mother natures blessing is all it takes .

I find this "using veg formula in flower" to be true with many organic liquid food systems. The feed charts need to take this into account. You would think they want us to use more veg for longer, just more money for them.

I also have the whole Roots Organics line that I got for $20, I cant wait to use it. I've heard really good things about them...

How about thAt neptunes harvest formula????? I've seen it and believe that it's made by earth juice????
I've seen a few other organic nutes by earth juice some are some kind of fish emulsion and kelp type things.
I was wondering if anyone had ever used that neptunes formula?????
