Fumble's First Grow

The re-wrap...Notice the small 1/4 inch cut above the stitches. There was a little slice not through the skin. The doc knicked it when stitching and now it keeps pulling open - through the dermis - from the stitch below it. ouch! puff puff puff. nibble nibble nibble

Try to graft a clone in that cut....LOL just kidding trying to make you laugh girl!!!

Peace

BKB

okay...that stuff about Vit E capsules...start now. Slice off the end with the blade you'd use for a clone, squeeze it on, and don't touch it. The pulling and itching will stop. Take as much internally as you can manage as well as Vit C. Both water soluable, so what your body doesn't need gets peed away. Works a treat.

Hate the itchy part of healing....Vit E helps a lot.

Yes that is so true. It didn't really hurt until they cleaned it. Ain't no big thang. lol And I LOVE my mixer. Thanks Mom & Dad!

How are you doing with the itching? Vit E helping? Can shut my eyes and see the doc coming at me with the stuff to scrub out my gash... certain it was a wire brush. Hurt so bad I didn't go back the next time I should have had stitches and am still intermittently spitting gravel out of my lip 3 years later. Guess they had a reason to use that damn brush after all. (Both injuries to the "lower quadrant" of my face, btw. :-)

...Vit E...minimum of 3x day! You don't want to look like you botched a suicide. Definitely not your personality!

Well MG, I said I was going to get the Vit e, but I haven't yet. But it isn't really itching. It seems to be healing ok. I am keeping bactroban on it at night with a bandage. Open during the day. I will remove my own stitches next week. I have never gone back to the doc to have stitches removed. I don't mind the scar. Like I said, they all tell a story.
Damn! still spitting out gravel! Ouch.

I've removed stitches from my wife for her episiotomy lol. I took staples from my sons head too which I would say were more fun cuz you have to cut them in the middle first then hook them out. Good times!
