oh and BTW, I came in here because I have experience with gavita lights, you came in here to knock them and try and sell your garage built junk.
So im naturally skeptical of LED becuase I have no personal experience with it and have seen what I'm now assuming was old technology grows (shit weed from good genetics) I like that you are skeptical of them so can your share with me what you have seen that makes you this way? I want to know both sides of the story. I realize I'm asking this in an LED forum so I'm going to get pro LED responses from most people.

You can't according to the manufacturer. The bulbs arc tube isn't supported for it. Not saying it won't work though lol.

ALL the claims are the same now as they were with "old technology" and the results are still the same as "old technology" LED is NOT ready for primetime as of right now. Only guys who started a garage lighting company trying to sell their product are saying so.

Looks great that's why if you see my post i said can. It is well documented that the density is higher with a more complete spectrum.
So your saying that ggs finding where false and gravitas own finding of a fuller spectrum ie adding plasma doesn't increase quality? Myself I consider 1% am increase. I will stand by my statement that in equal intensities and a true side by side proper spectrum from led or cmh will have a higher quality than hps alone. NO I'M NOT GOING TO BACK DOWN FROM THAT STATEMENT.

when you add the word "gavita" to any thread title in this section it creates friction lol. all you gotta do is look at some of the grows in this section and see what we are doing with leds.i run my fair share of hps and 5 of those are gavita lamps.im loving my new led cob section in my garden and it will be expanding as i find more time to build more bars and get them hung.
i can say from my own experience that my patients have asked me what i did to plants before that were grown under a mars panel.im like why ,is it bad or good.they have loved the led grown buds,and i do think those buds were more aromatic or smelly,however you wanna say it lol.is it better? idk bout that,but its def different.
