So I started watching "Never Get Busted," and learned (a little too late) that one should never buy equipment online with one's own credit card.

This makes a lot of sense. What my deal is... I don't grow anymore. I don't have any plants, equipment, etc. But I do still roll, and would like enjoy my own friendly toke whenever I'd like. Do I need to worry about LEO or officers coming around my house, searching for stuff, using my credit card details as evidence? I absolutely cannot suffer a misdemeanor charge; it would ruin scholarships, etc.

You should not worry about one has small as yourself. Equipment is legal to buy.
No small fish, you can rest. As well as I do, and I spend lots of money on seeds and equipment, etc. and I too am a small fish.

never be paranoid about anything it only stresses you out.
if you cant handle the heat stay away from the growroom.

i would think they would have to suspect you of growing then somehow get a warrant to search your credit card records for evidence.. also learn your state laws for me over an oz is a fellony so everyone tries to keep under an oz

I can't handle the heat. That's why I left the growroom.

But what's bought is bought, and I was just curious if I needed to worry about holding bud in my house.

I'm guessing the answer is a resounding no....

You're absolutely right, better be safe than sorry. Just make sure there isn't a roach complaint and that no one (neighbors) sees you toking when at home. Try to keep weed out of the car, the smallest speck is evidence. I learned the hard way a little too late too, but you shouldn't worry about all that stuff you bought online, as long as you don't keep buying more with the credit card. (depends on what you bought also)

Bottom line: don't worry

Myself, I never get paranoid anymore. I live in Oregon and we are very relaxed. I am always the first to meet new tokers that keep their private lifes very tight.
