Please feel free to comment as I will take all the advice I can get.

This is my attempt #2. Any help is appreciated as I will try and post 1 pic/day at least.

-Mephisto Ghost Toof and a Skywalker x toof decay both autos.
-Light bloom plus xp3000 and a Philzon 100w led.
-Grow closet 3.5x4x6.5"
-Acinfinity controller 69 with inline fan, humidifier, and clip fan hooked up to it.
-5gal grow bags
-1/2 fox farms happy frog on top and 1/2 fox farms ocean forest on bottom
- I have but may not use fox farms trio nutes (a lot of the reason I am here is I think I fried my plants with this last time....maybe...)
-Temp is always 75 to 83
- RH is 60 to 70 (when I open the door or forget to close it, it drops quick)
- 18/6 light cycle

If I missed anything let me know.

The life in the fox farm soil should provide plenty of nutrients without adding anything additional. Mephisto genetics are bred pretty well and are a bit better than a lot of other autos but I'd still be careful about how much you feed them. When you start seeing flowers you may want to hit them a little bit with nutes but I personally wouldn't push it past a 1/4 strength feedings. Others may have different feelings about it. Autoflowers aka Ruderalis evolved from regular cannabis to survive in poor conditions where at high altitude the days and nights did not line up for the plants to finish in time so they evolved to finish on a timeline rather than a light schedule. They also may have grown in really rocky or unsuitable soils but learned to thrive through evolution. Bottom line is to not go crazy giving to them because they do really well on there own.

I am 99% they were asking for water as I have only watered once and that was after i put them in the soil a few days ago. Cups were bone dry. I did waier this morning.
How old? If there a few days then they look fine. A little stretched but once there established that's easy to fix. Honestly I wouldn't put those strain plates back in the dirt. It's begging for something to happen.

I know in new but I wouldn't use nutes with the living soil. Like @MintyDreadlocks said if you do drop to 1/4 or less. But honestly you should just add a new layer of living soil like mid flower if you get worried.

Also they appear a little droopy. Could be over watering. If you've had to water so far your likely over watering.

Far be it from me to tell you how to run your beans. I Finnished up Fourm Stompers in April. Your running good genetics, that helps. My only question is have you ever tried to put your germinated beans right in your 5 gal. pots? I'm not saying one method is better or not but, I throw em right into their final resting spot.

Yes I was going to and someone that was a well known member here told me to do it like this then put them in there since Idk exactly what I am doing to help prevent over/under watering. I just assumed listen for now. I will do this soon. I am open to any advice, no offense taken. Also idk why this keeps turning to bold font....

I try to wait until just that point where the leaves ate slightly drooping to water to make sure they get nice and dry. Bad idea? What's your opinion

No you can stress them. Learn what a pot feels like before you water. You can take an empty pot fill it with just poting soil alone to get an idea of how it feels. If you stress them with anything they can herm on ya.

although veg stress typically will not cause herm issues it would be better to catch them before they droop, def feel the weight of the cup before watering and after to see the difference and water a little sooner than bone dry, in flower that will cause you lots of headaches so best to work on developing good watering habits now..

as far as starting in party cups vs final pot, starting in a smaller container will encourage the plant to grow roots out faster than if you start in a large pot so it actually increases how fast your plants veg typically

I understand your logic, however when you water in 5 gal. Pot you never water right around the stem/base of the plant. Even a fully vegged plant if you don't make sure you are hitting the outer edges well with water/feed, you will end up with poorly rooted plants. The idea is make the roots travel for food/water. This promotes more and stronger root system. You will also get a pot saturated in the middle of the pot. That can promote root rot as well.

Had the light at 45 2 days ago and turned it up to 55% yesterday and I am at 65% today. However one was a little droopy earlier which is why I turned it up again today. Now to me but idk shit.. they seem fine. Photone app reading 171 ppfd umol reading or whatever that means... should I give them more light or since the leaves and everything are growing straight out vs. Reaching up I'm good?

Right now just shoot for 80 degrees and r/h of 60% with light fan. Get your soil built up around your stem. Gives the stems a break with the light breeze from the fan. If 100 wall watts is all you have
