I'm very interested in watching the outcome of this.If it passes in Cali, it could pave the way for other states to enact sweeping marijuana law reforms.I've got my fingers crossed.

I haven't bought a new plate in years, and yes I like my plates, I've had them for over a decade. Its my money, I pay taxes and don't get any kind of state freebies. If I want to blow an extra 40 per year, I can and will.

Up to you, seems like a waste of money to me though.

Of course, by that same token my dvd collection is also a waste of money (though it does provide entertainment, at least.)

That's hilarious, a DVD collection, How many times do you have to watch a movie to get it? 2,3,10 times? I never saw a movie I'd want to watch more than a couple a times, well maybe except Dr.Zivago, seen that about 10 times, and any Clint Eastwood flick, well except that one about the bridges of madison county, once was enough for that. Anyway, with all the movie channels on my TV, they are always showing old Clint and even Dr,Zivago about once every three months. I haven't watched the good Dr. for a couple of years, it's about time for a refresher. We watch so many new movies every month (Blockbuster) that we don't really miss having a DVD collection. With all the new stimulous, Radio, TV, rental DVDs, etc., Buying DVDs just isn't a preference. I might be in the market for a Clint Eastwood collection, sans madison county.

^^^ A switch from Link TV to some old Lucy shows on DVDs would do you good Med. I hear lots of people have improved their dementia by watching Lucy.

It's my pointless frivolous waste of money, besides, there's some good movies that are actually worth watching more than once or twice for their entertainment value, and ultimately it's cheaper for me to purchase 1 - 2 movies a month than have a subscription to Netflix.

Especially when you can get 2 dvds for $13 or 1 for $5 - $9

Besides, if all else fails I'll have plenty of ammo for the Hyper-relativistic DVD Gun that I want to design. First target, D.C. Something going that fast (even that small) will pack a hell of a lot of Kinetic Energy, and will resemble a nuclear weapon sans the radioactive fall out.

Though I don't DVDs are magnetic, so that is a problem.

Maybe I can convince the same scientists that designed the Super Hadron Collider to design an open ended Super DVD Accelerator with the end pointed at D.C.

The real question is what does the government gain by keeping cannabis laws on the books and can it be used for other agendas aswell? what would they lose if made legal?

How many people ,do you think , are employed in the "War on Drugs" ?

Hey, it's pretty well known how it benefits the government system greatly to continue prosecuting marijuana users.. but the bottom line is that we all know it's WRONG to be prosecuting us.. all this negativity is NEVER going to change things. They are the crooks and criminals for what they do- not us, positive attitudes here people. If you don't wanna fight to change things then at least get the f*ck off the field and leave it to those of us who believe victory IS an option.. don't stand here telling everyone how 'big and strong' the other team is and how we will 'never win' and how it's in their best interest to beat us.. LMFAO. WE KNOW what we're up against..

Those in Cali, please call your reps and urge them to pass this.
i could only wish that Ohio would follow CA and legalize! Or i might have to move to cali

Smart woman here, Agree 110%! I am in San Diego and a member of Norml. I am getting everyone I know involved in this. Fuck that idiot, stain in his jefitas ass! California is the best state to live in Hands Fucken Down! We got it all! We are not perfect but I don't know of any state that is. Roll Call is in effect for every responsible smoker in Califas! We will win this war, it is just a matter of time, and I think we are starting to get a glimpse of the finish line.:leaf:
