*Going to see how GREEN my thumbs are:)

I assume their mites. Under the leaves. Little guys.
Shit... I gotta' go learn hot to fix 'em. And get some sleep so I can see 'em:shock:

Crap crap crap

i had mites, so i decided not to fuck around wasting my time with inconvenient neem oil or whatever... i went straight to the atom bomb: floramite. its mega expensive to get a full bottle, but my hydro store had single uses of it in capsules for five bucks. one application, i've never seen another mite, and i had a lot.

if you want to know where i got it and how to safely use it, shoot me a private message
(fyi click my screenname, then select 'send private message', just in case you didn't know)

Hey McFunk... Boulderhead back in the hizzzouse! That sucks about the mites my bro.. but not to worry I was just checking out Notorious B's current journal and he was having issues with dem little bastards as well. Another good dude on these boards named Boomer recommended Lady Bugs. I have not used them personally because I haven't had to fight any mites yet... but it might be something to look into before u start spraying pesticides all over your ladies. Hope this helps...peace-boulderhead

go wit' neem oil... it may not work in full the first time.. but it'll get the job done, and its 100% organic plus its good for all pest and it can be applied via foliar .. or you can use it to water with in case u got some nasties in ya soil

I have tried Eintein Oil(neem) with less than desireable results. But I upgraded to Bang which is an all organic pyrethrin based miticide that also repais damage from the little bastards. I got mine at the local Hydro store and has worked the best so far for me. Here's a pic for refrence.

I previously bought a product by Ecostyle that's organic (but I think it's Dutch - "Tegen luizen" is what it is called), but I have also heard that the tobacco water works well (you'll find recipes on RIU for that.) Whatever you do, treat it like Homer treats his shampoo - wash and repeat - in this case it will do no harm. Also a tip, dead bugs stay on plants, so whatever you do, wash down between applications.....good luck buddy.

Thanks everyone! I really appreciate all the help! Seriously...

Well, last night I stopped and picked-up Fox Farm "Don't Bug Me." Contact [email protected]% Has no residual(that kills.)

Truthfully, I mainly bought this product because it was there, I needed it NOW and FF hasn't boinked me yet.

OK!
All these shots are shitty phone pics, 'cos my camera's dead and nobody seems to have seen the charger...
Freakin' stoners.bongsmilie

Last night I pulled the SCRoG screen to get some thorough cleaning and killin' done in the morning...

Temps have been 66/81.
My plan now is to do this again Friday morning and again on Sunday. Sunday I think I'll repot too.

The "Box 0 Funk" should be done and ready to install Sunday too! Can't wait to start another one! But 1st things 1st.

OK my friends... those bugs sceeved me out and I've got bug death all over me so I'm gonna go.

Thanks again to everyone here! Really, really appreciate the support and enthusiasm!

I'm going to do this in The Funk Box...
mcfunk-174562-albums-other-stuff-picture89459-hoodfilter.jpg

Unless someone can curb my enthusiasm.
It's a straight shot. I think it'll work efficiently, It'll be cheap and easy maintenance. ...one thing, though. I need to isolate the blower from the hood with a short hose. I'm afraid vibration will shorten my bulb lives.

..again, maybe I'm just full of shit.

im going to try and curb you and say,.. get a cooltube with a filter.. stays cool to the touch i heard and can get closer to ya plants.

Yea, I originally planned to use a cooltube and still may get one. This hood stays cool, though. I just want to get rid of some curves in the duct work.
Just tryin' to be efficient.

***Mite Update***

Wk6/15 days flower.

Alright. I think I've got those critters under control.
Here they are outside wednesday mornin' waiting to be de-bugged.

Sorry 'bout the shitty phone pics... The charger should materialize exactly when we least need it.

Here's a shot of the leaf spots. Little assholes! They just creep me the fuck out.

I'm going to have to be proactive in keeping things more sterile in my office where my cab(s) reside. No more dogs and no visitors, 'less it's my woman and she's nekkid.;-)
Those little funkers hold tight, even in death!

On the up side, these women are blowing-UP with growth and budding.
Here's one of the OG~Kush...

Random factoids...
My cabs inside temps have been between 84~60 on the extreme. Usually floating around 74*f or so. And the cab temps have been pretty consistently 4*-10* warmer than the outside ambient.

Worked on The Funk Box last night for a couple hours. Cut doors out. (these are the smaller bottom doors)
mcfunk-174562-albums-new-90x48x24-cab-build-pics-picture89724-doors-cut-out.jpg

ironing on the oak trim.

Done Doors... Well, we still have to cut the pockets for adjustable hinges and clear 'em.
mcfunk-174562-albums-new-90x48x24-cab-build-pics-picture89726-done-doors.jpg

OK, my fellow funkers, I'm off to go do what I do.

Oak trim, you fairly pimpin that Funk box out McFunk:mrgreen::mrgreen:, you gonna have a DVD player in there as well?

:peace:DST
Don't be silly,DST...
... A DVD player would divert attention from the spinners and hydraulics. Ha!

Actually, I'm headin' there before work to finish-up. Hope it's done before sunday.:blsmoke:

good luck, happy trunking mcFunk-ing, can't wait to see those hydraulics and spinners, hehehe.

Thanks, TGSS!
Jack's not into this project, really. He's helpin' a brother out cos he's muh ninja. ;-)

You can see, he's set-up, so I wanted to build my 1st full cab w/ him. I've been pretty diligent in keeping notes and a pictorial for myself to reproduce other versions of TFB.

A lot of my plan involves metal fabrication(Mmmm... Stainless Steel.) and channels for air circulation, fans, wiring and plumbing.

I really want to experiment with different scrog setups so I'm not sure how I'm going to make this box flexable enough to experiment with... well, experiments.

When I'm finished with the first complete cycle and have all the heat/plumbing/grimilin issues, I'll have a better idea what I have into it.
I wouldn't mind building a few for friends. :blsmoke:

Thanks for stickin' with me, TGSShyt!

Ha! This is a side shot of the machine that augers the hinge pockets.(I'm lazy and didn't fix the pic. Stoner)
The name on the machine is "WEED". Crazy huh?
