good light?

is this light good for helping them grow? sorry for the noob questionergergwrg.jpg
and also if its in a small space is it good to put tin foil on the walls to reflect light back?

That looks like an incadescent bulb just with blue casing glass so I don`t think theres much use of it other that heating the growroom. If you have nothing else than tinfoil will suffice as reflector but I`m told that even flat white paint is better.

rbgergrgerg.jpgawesome, thank you. im using 2 fluorescent lights right now, my walls are already white but would painting them reflective chrome paint be better? and this light said it was a grow light? would it be of any help or just stick with the fluorescents?

Well I`m no expert but both those pictures you posted look like incadescent bulbs - not very useful for growing. Not saying they cannot be used but I personally wouldn`t use them - giving too little light and too much heat for the watts they are consuming. But thats just an opinion, I dont know where hard facts stand about them.
