so like the title says... this is what i just woke up to basically... my boss tells me that i failed my background check, so im fired.... they've had the background check back now for at least 4weeks.... and when i applied, i explained everything in detail... fuckers know we just had another baby too.....:cuss:

guess i have something to do today now....

i do construction.... but this was jcpenny... cant find a damn job around here in the construction field.... i keep getting "we dont have enough work to consider hiring right now"...

Same where I am on the construction side. I work HVAC and have been working in the service side. I worked IT for a recruiting firm, but everything they did was focused on Biotech (scientists).

You have any experience in AC?

My aunt worked for JCPenny for 15 years and on DEc.31st she was laid off, with a six week package. WTF is that.

whats worse about that?? neither one of us has a means of income; seems pretty even.... go work for their competitor.... im about to start the process over... 20+interviews ending with "if you can do something with that felony...":cuss:

That really sucks gogrow-Construction all over has almost halted because the shitty economy. I do auto repair and have been slow too. Not that its my business, but was the felony weed related? Simple pos. or something stupid? You can tell me non my business if u like.

if i can keep a job long enough to put the money aside to put the papers through, then yes....

a friend of ours we visited the other night though, told us that there is (or at least was) something you can file for to waive it under special circumstances.... such as having no damn money
