Good \Veg /Liquid fertilizer ?

High all,
I am looking for a good vegging fertilizer. I've been looking closely @ "Dyna-Grow Foliage Pro" because of the high N value, and it's supposed to promote and boost vegging foliage. Anyone used this before? I've used fish emulsion, but it's stinky and not really suitable indoors. What liquid fertilizer would you all recommend for the vegetative phase? Thanks in advance, :weed:

I like the 5-1-1 dish emulsion. BUT. Only as needed in case of a hungry strain. And not in veg for sure. What kind of soil are in for veg?

I am using well-aged, home-made compost for my medium. Just want to give them a little extra "liquid -boots" in veg. The fish emulsion works well for me, but i'm about to run some girls indoors, and don't like the stinky odor of the emulsion. That's why I was thinking of going with Dyna-Grow Foliage Pro. No odor, and higher N values to support vegging.

Dyna-pro is not going to be organic. Instead you might try bubbling 1/4c alfalfa and 1/4c kelp meal bubbled in 4-5 gallons of water for 24-48 hours. I've used this at 1/2c ratios for really hungry plants. Bonus points would be to add a little aloe right before you water it in.

Peace!

How much aloe are you taking here. I have a few plants now which are finally big enough to harvest some aloe. And is that a benefit because of enzymes or nutrient value. My plan was to use for cloning.

Approx 1oz of the gel inside the leaf per gallon of water. With that said, often times I just chop off part of a leaf and blend away. There is also an organic 200x aloe powder I have used quite extensively at 1/4tsp per gallon. Aloe works outstanding for cloning (it is also what I use).

For benefits, the ten main areas of chemical constituents of Aloe vera include: Amino Acids, Anthraquinones, Enzymes, Minerals, Vitamins, Lignins, Monosaccharide, Polysaccharides, Salicylic Acid, Saponins, And Sterols.

Amino acids found in Aloe vera include: Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Valine,And Tryptophan. Some Of The Other Non-Essential Amino Acids Found In Aloe Vera Include Alanine, Arginine, Asparagine, Cysteine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Tyrosine, Glutamine, And Aspartic Acid.

Enzymes include Amylase, Bradykinase, Catalase, Cellulas, Lipase, Oxidase, Alkaline Phosphatase, Proteolytias, Creatine Phosphokinase and Carboxypeptidase.

Aloe vera also contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 along with Choline, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Chromium, Selenium. Additional elements found in Aloe vera include Copper, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, And Sodium.

Peace!

I'm loving general orgainics grow and just picked up the bloom to try. My plants liked the grow better than earth juice or nectar of the gods. There a few other organic lines out there but the veganics seem to compliment my growing style, I use a lot of animal byproducts to make my soil or mix happy frog with ocean forest and some amendments when I need soil quickly.

as usual pat is the man, if you want to be a pimp and get a lil more form it, you could add a lil alfafal meal, or fish hydrosylate.
OR.....
and no flaming please...
piss in a bucket and fill it about 4 gallons worth.
Quickest, easiest, and it's free.

it's not organic but i just used foliage pro for veg and beginning of 12/12 and liked the results. cheap too.

i use age old organics stuff for my veggie garden. the fish and seaweed mix seems to work well for me. 3-2-2 I think.

I am not sure, but I think that Dyna gro will kill your microbiology. That is what they mean by not organic. I had a hard time with it in soil. Others say to use a soiless medium for dyna.

Yummy. You really do this often? Pissing in buckets that is?
no, but I have probably over a hundred times.
I know of two old school growers that use it as their primary nitrogen input.
You'd be surprised...
Important to note that any and all guanos are getting their higher amount of nitrogen from urine as well (the birds digestive track does both), and I know what I've been eating... but yea, those two growers are just the ones I know of, the homesteading people have been doing it for decades if not centuries, perhaps even millennia...
Rabbit manure and urine for one grower.
alpaca manure, kelp meal, and urine for the other.
I have smoked and thoroughly enjoyed BOTH their herb..
if you are curious, get any plant that needs nitrogen and try it, it's the fastest way to get the color back, and to restore the slowed growth. typically seeing improvements within 3-5 days.
Many organic growers frown on it (not totally sure why, to be honest...)
I'd use it 6 days a week and twice on sundays over blood meal...
BUT that being said, I don't use it for my cannabis plants, but only cuz I don't ever need extra nitrogen, for my compost pile, I use fish meal, doghair, beard clippings, neem meal, alfalfa, grass clippings, and shrimp/crab meals for my nitrogen.
Compost those all up for like 3-6 months or so, and it's the easiest thing to grow with, water only, and you could teach a blind monkey with a learning disability how to grow with it.
I have a jasmine, French lavender, four different types of hybrid tea roses, and my crook-neck bamboo, that I frequently use urine for.
Green as hell gentlemen.
I wouldn't hesitate to use it on anything though. Indoor or outdoor.
and NO it doesn't smell at all, as long as you use it within the first day of mixing it, and as long as you dilute it right.
I know it sounds funky, but if you truly look at the science of it, it's easy to understand why it works so well.

Precisely GMM... thanks for observing that also :-) I will just go with one veg formula. Don't need it now, cuz my girls are flowering, and my new ladies are Mandala's "Satori" which DO NOT need fertilizer throughout entire grow, provided you have a good organic medium (which I do). Thanks for the replies, everyone ! Keep Medicated :joint:
