Sherry, you seem to be catching a lot of shit on here. People are always very vocal when something bad happens, but aren't as willing to write a good review when they are taken care of. IMO you have handled this extremely well. Whatever Gorilla Seed Bank is paying you they should double it.
I completely understand both sides of this issue. It would suck to order seeds and then find out that they are out of stock once the payment gets to you. On the other hand I appreciate from a business standpoint that you can't be reserving seeds for someone that may or may not even send the payment in. Tough situation.
But, because you've been so professional and accommodating with disgruntled customers I will give you guys my business in the future. Well done Sherry
