Hey, good questions. It is a slippery slope trying to take care of our customers the best way we know how. We are always evolving ( in some areas sower than others)

We don't disclose that information for obvious reasons, but if we were losing more than we were getting through, we wouldn't ship to that country.

If Delaware shipments go through the New York customs office, they will have a much higher rate of getting through than if they go through the Chicago office, and that's true for all seed banks.

Even for shipments going through Chicago, stealth shipments have a higher rate of success than non-stealth, and with stealth, we will reship until you get them - or if we can't get them to you at all (like has happened with some countries that we eventually stopped shipping to), we will refund your purchase price.

Many people who get a little nervous about receiving seeds have them shipped to a safe address, but the US only sends you a warning letter with your green-taped package if they seize your order in customs - maybe. Many times, your package just appears to go missing & you don't see anything else update in tracking.

Although I'm sure they're happy enough to intercept cannabis seeds specifically, no seeds of any kind are allowed to be imported into the US unless they meet specific standards and certifications as you can read here under propagative plant material:

Ok so I tried placing an order today and I chose to do the bank transfer but the routing number absolutely will not work I emailed them (not even a full 24 hours) but I have followed this thread for a little while and deff chose to order bc of how well you are treating these other people

and in case it helps since we are not in the US it is not an ABA ( American Banking . . . ) so most customers I have had to assist with this over the phone have to either call the bank or go in, in person to initiate an international transfer. ( This could have nothing to do with your issue just thought it might help)

Could you please check the status of my order as I have a feeling what I want is out of stock because I received an email asking me to accept an upgrade to my order which was actually trying to change my order to something I do not want. I really want to resolve this as soon as possible.

I noticed on the website there is no navigation menu which is another reason I am worried my order will not be fulfilled properly. This is the second forum I am asking help on. I also sent a PM on the first forum we were talking on with no response and just sent a email to your gmail now. Hope to hear from you soon.

great job i wondered how the stealth shipping was....now i guess its not stealth anymore...thanks!......don`t worry the about that darkness its not an unscheduled eclipse its your colon blocking the light.

So I have had my order in for almost 2 weeks but it was my banks fault and I cant say the whole time Gavin kept in touch. Now my order is in so hopefully they will come soon !!:) its all I can think about!! And whenever they come (that confident in the gorilla) ill post my full review but I can honestly say as of now the by far have better customer service then a lot of business 5* l...and im sure the gorilla will get another 5* for shipping and discreetly here very soon

I'll post my experience with the Gorilla Seedbank...I was contacted by a nice US rep(Sherry), and told I could pick out a free seed pack on the site, and she'd take care of the rest. I picked out a 10 pack of 9LB Hammer by TGA, and just a couple days later, my package is in the mail. I believe it's on it's way across the pond from the UK right now, so it's all in the postal workers hands at this point. Sherry has been really responsive here on RIU, since I've only talked through PM and on threads

So far, exceptional experience.

I'm having an issue with my first experience with Gorilla. I paid for my order a week ago (the 26th). On July 1st, I still had not heard anything about the order being shipped, so I contacted support through the form on their site. I received a response an hour later:

Orders ship 1-3 working days from payment clearing and not from the order being placed. Your payment was received by us on the 29 June and your order will ship later today.

However, my order did not ship that day, or the day after, or today. I submitted a follow-up email yesterday and have not heard back from anyone. Today, I'm trying to submit s support request on their site and they keep getting rejected with the following email:
Hey.

Sorry your email has been rejected since it includes bad language or a prohibited word. Please re-word your email and resend.

As much as I'd like to use profanity in this situation, I'm not. Something seems fishy. I really hope this gets resolved ASAP. My order number is #12686.

Go back in the thread a little bit and look at the one where I was talking with Gavin and email him instead of the website he is very efficient resolving solutions

I'll go take a look at your order and see what's going on.

the filter for illegal words (grow, germinate, etc) and profanity is a little tricky - I'll see if I can find out what's wrong with your email too.
