Got Busted With My Secret Closet Last Night..Need Expert Help

yes correct. when we heard the knock M went down stairs and grabbed a crow bar. there was no forced entry into the house EVER.
Yes. But i was told from M that it was his brothers house, and he later in the week told me that his brother was ok with us hanging out there and that he TOLD the DEA guy that he'd be staying there. Which M's mom kicked him out of the house a week or 2 ago and he had no place to live, so he'd crash there.
But the house ended up being his grandmas neighbors and the real estate agent wasn't too happy with the damage M did up stairs.
So now im thinking since i was the one to change the dead bolt, that i should call the real estate agent up and apologize whole heartedly about what i did and that I caused no damage and M did it all.
Should I call the real estate agent and apologize now? or wait till march 18'th, the trial date?
oh, and can some one explain this whole "pleading the 5'th" thing.

I re-read this twice and cant figure out if it means that in court, that if they ask a question that involves me in a criminal act which isn't stated, i plead the 5'th?

ok, now something else is arriving to my attention.
M went back to the house and got the lights out of the house.
So is the evidence now un-submittable since they wont be able to find them?
and im dealing with the LOCAL police, which by now i figure there not that smart since they left the house unlocked

Now on to the REAL thing i need to discuss.
Since none of the lights are now at the house, will they with photo evidence be able to charge us with anything seeing how they DON'T have the psychical evidence to back it up?
I'm still only being charged atm with criminal trespassing but i have a appearance on march 18'th, enough time to remove any OTHER kind of evidence before they do their forensic finger printing shit or whatever they wanna do.
So if all the other evidence is removed from the premises, will photographic proof be JUST enough to get charged with something while psychical evidence isn't there?

This nonsense with you is exactly why police leave things PFI,all they gotta do now is get you by yourself,tell you a bunch of horrible stuff,promise to send you home to momma scott free, then sit back & wait for you to crack like a nut,and crack you will.
I'd be very interested in seeing the court transcripts after this mess is over,i'd be willing to bet before it's done the cop's will have each & every one of you telling your life stories.

you should have just gave them permission to search to begin with then you could have had it all thrown away because its not your property. i had a friend get busted with over 300 "booby trapped" plants and got off because they gave the police permission to search the property and it was owend by someone else.

they are not allowed inside the house without being invited in...unless they have probable cause or you said that they could come in. but if you let them in than they are lagaly allowed to search it, so if you said "umm ok you can come in" than it was a legal search.... but if you said "no you can not come in, we can talk out here on the porch if you like", or somthing like that then they would be breaking the law to come in and search the place. so it really depends...and if the brother says that you were allowed, than the trespassing charges are faulty and will be dropped.

Quick story....Big time party in a building right across the street from a bar....bar gets pissed and calls cops cuz all the bar people come over to our party. The building was an old head shop so it had no windows and was fairly good sized. Anyway cops come and bang on the door for 2 hours straight....didnt bother us much since we had a live band on stage blasting music. We placed the two biggest guys in front of the door and told them "no body gets in our out". 5 am party ends, we open the door and 300 people rush out to the cars and speed away.....not one person is arested or even stopped by the two cops standing out front....they had no clue what way to run when we rushed out.
Moral to the story.....dont open the fucking door there aint shit they can do.
But since its too late for that....stop admitting to knowledge of everything on this forum and talk to a lawyer.... a real good one.
