Pretty messed up of your roomate/friend. I personally aren't one to say throw him under the bus even if he did it to you... but get your ass outa that shit. Like it was said earlier; if it is already proven that the grow stuff is yours, admit that you grew vegetables in it and then gave it to your buddy. You "had no knowledge of" what he was doing with the equipment once you gave it to him. You just remember giving it to him, and then not seeing it for a while.

The paraphanelia... that is complrete bullshit. So what if you have it. So what if you've used it. Whats the charge for paraphanelia? A fine? I'd take that ove time any day!

Get the lawyer PDs are worth as much as you pay them & will have trouble remembering your name! Get him to drop the cultivating charge & take the others which shouldn't be more than a couple misdeamenors, fines & some probation, possibly licence suspension (I got 1 year for paraphanalia)
