prove me wrong, its your wild statement! Ok how about i start here. If you have proof otherwise, then bring it. But i wont hold my breath

Ok fine, Jorge Cervantes and a lot of other growers say if you get 1g per watt, your doing nearly the best you can do. So 1000w is 1000g. 1000g = 35.7oz. Thats way off from 70-128 oz. Way off. I just see people boasting all the time about you can get outrageous ammounts of pot - 8 pounds from 1000w lamp! umm no - not hating, just setting the record straight

6x6 = 6x5" pots = 30" . your tray is 3'11 which means you have an extra 17" of tray space.

May I ask why you didnt put an extra row?

is that durning flower and veg ? or just flower ? right now i have my plants under 600wat mh 75wat daylight 2-20 wat florecents, so thats 715wats, in the flower i have 400wat hps htg supply light, so im i going to get around 400 or 1115 grams ????? :mrgreen::blsmoke: :confused: oh yea i only have room for two plants i blieve? 2x2x5 check out the link for more info

well 1000g per watt means you have 1000g at harvest....and according to your question your max should be around 400g in ideal circumstances and professional growing. I would expect more like 200g. Why are u using so much wattage in veg. Most people use less wattage for veg bc plants are smaller, then put into a higher amount for flower. Like a 400w MH for veg, then 600w for HPS would be better. You get more based on your flowering light. So you could combine the 600w and 400w light and get 1000w if you needed to. peace

i wanted to get a grow started but i didnt want to pay a bunch for clones and i still ended up paying $800 for the 40 babies.. i have a G-13 mom that just gave off 22 beautiful clones today and i will be pulling a bunch in a few weeks so i can get the next grow started. that SOG grow is going to be hydro and gunna be the shit

you probably shouldnt be switching the lights around in the middle of flowering, they can get very stressed just by the simplest change but somehow they seem to survive through the worst.. isnt that funny?

any experienced grower can tell you that the size of your yield depends on alot of variables. with 64 cubes in a 4x4 space under a 1000w HPS i think even a novice grower should have a good chance at a pound.

you must remember this 1000w=1000g formula is growers growing certain ways, it is probably not SOG.. so next time before you go talking on someone elses thread you should just take a gander at the previous pages.. if growing was that easy everyone would do it..

yeah you inspired me to do a sog man.. i love it .. hahha not as crazy as yours but kinda good.. heheh 1000 watter and 25 clones maybe.. i might bump it up to 30 i wanna try and get a pzzy... your gdp looks beautiful may i have her hand in marriage.. ohhh i love you mary jane!!

im not saying i can accomplish that much at all. Did you even read what happened? He made a bold claim, and i refuted it using the best as the example. and im not saying you should get that either, half of that is good! I don't like wrong information or unrealistic numbers being tossed around.

Ok that said, i know this is your thread, but your way too paranoid about people "hijacking" your thread. People come to this site to have conversation and learn. Popular threads get more attention and people talk even more (go figure). People arent "taking over," but conversating about topics related to your thread!!!! But of course it always comes back to people wanting to see your babies, so no need to be so paranoid about your thread being taken over. with 25 clones under a 1000w you might be able to veg for 2 weeks and get a better yield then say 64 clones under a 1000w, but then again everyone knows cola is the best smoke right =)

what i mean by hijacking is when people come in to my journal and post links to their journal, if you want your link shown in a journal you should make a link in your signature and post a comment on someones thread instead of going in and saying "come check out my thread!" in someone elses journal..

but anyways arent stoners paranoid people?

and yota i dont have much time to read everyones responses fully, i try to skim over them all and respond to as many as i can quickly...

how are you watering?top feed by hand or are you flooding your tray. i think im gonnna do your exact grow with same feeding scheadule but with 8 4ftx8ft trays and 2 1000w above each tray

i am feeding by hand. each plant gets 200-250mL of nuted water everyday.. i am now flushing.. i had a hard time sticking to that feeding schedule because so many things can change and you must adjust to that.. so youre thinking about running 16,000 watts?

you dont have to 'hide' how much electricity you use as long as you pay the bill.. i know several people who do large ops and pay $2000-4000 every month on electricity and have no problem with law enforcement agencies.. as long as you are a medicinal cannabis user..
