testing kits???? i havnt bought weed in like 5 years but if i have to it will come from a trusted source.... i look at it and smell it, if i have to i will ask if i can break a nug to get a good smell and look and if i dnt like what i see i don't buy it, thats my testing kitDo you all have testing kits in the US for when you have to buy from a shady source?
And yes dealers here in the UK come and go sometimes on a weekly basis.
The UK is riddled with backstabber's and grasses(narks).
This is why i grow my own
i guess when they way your shit down with sand and glass and whatever you would have a lot of dealers come and go because after they sell it to you once you never go back.... im glad your growing your own if thats how it is

I have never come across that before either which is why I was surprised.
Around here most dealers have many different suppliers because some suppliers just cant keep up with them. People usually have their usual dealers but those dealers have different product every few weeks.
Also from time to time we have a weed drought for a few weeks at a time and some greedy people try and take advantage of that because people will buy whatever they can get. Currently we are having one of those droughts and weed is a bit hard to find for most people.
I have seen many people selling weed that hasnt yet dried out completely.

The thing is that most people wouldnt even realise that the weed has gravy powder added because it is very hard to see and can be hard to smell.
Im thinkin I should pay this guy a visit and make him smoke cone after cone of straight up gravy powder and see how he goes then.

Gravy powder and sugar solution are both old school methods. It's very rare you see it these days here. Only the lowest of low scumbags do it nowadays.
What it's basically is: once they harvest a crop and have cut the stem and leaf away from the buds, they put all the buds in a barrel or a drum type thing. They dissolve the white or brown sugar in jugs of hot water (I've seen 1KG white sugar for the entire harvest all the way up to 1KG sugar per 3 Pounds bud). They soak the buds overnight then drain and dry.
This also imitates the "stickiness" of the buds, to which people who don't realise it; are suckered into buying it because "Look how sticky icky icky it is!".
As for the gravy powder, I've seen it done before only once and I still can't entirely wrap my head around why they would use gravy powder? I don't smoke, but...SURELY when smoking it, you'd get nostalgia about Sunday roast dinners with the family, No?
And that should be an instant red flag.
If the low life's MUST use something to try get a decent yield, why not just use some end fertilizer boosters like
Big Bud Coco or RockBud or something?

I have...Back in the day when most weed had seeds, people would add extra seeds, and they weigh up quick.
Also, week coming from Mexico was often very dry...It was easy to add moisture to add weight, and you could easily add an ounce to every pound...and that trick actually improved the weed, as long as it wasn't over moistened.
On 40 pounds of weed, that's an extra 2.5 pounds, or 5k in someone's pocket....for added water.
