My pots are 10 gallon. I top water about 2 cups i guess. Never measured it , i put it in a hand pump foliar sprayer and just mist it into the surface...
2 cups=500ml ish.

I've been using it as a late-night smoke and it allows me to focus on having a good rest when going to sleep, instead of letting my head think about whatever and depriving me of sleep hours.
