Couple weeks, only have a few hairs that are orangeish. In two weeks, my colas should look like small footballs dipped in syrup and rolled in sugar...and the smell is over bearing to some, smells like a cheese...which im fine with cheeses

Those are some good strains...i'll be getting 6 in the future, LA Cheese, LA Confidential, LA Affie, Blue God, Tora Bora, and Violator Kush. All of these are extremely heavy hitting indicas and 20% THC or over

Once I learn the ins n outs of this, and get a nice lighting system, I'll get some seeds from a bank. And definitely go top notch, and update RIU on my grows lol.

The strains you're getting have good genes, i was actually going to get afghan kush. Let me know how it goes

Once I get my tax return, I am going to look into building a grow room of ply wood in my garage.


I was wondering. Is there a benefit to getting one 48 watt flouro tube light over two 26 watt cfls?

You're better off getting more cfls probably, what four did you get?

Thats what I figured. Wondered if it ws worth getting a 2 bulb flouro for like 80$ or another 12 26 watt cfls for like 12 bucks lol.

And its just four more bag seeds off some regies.

So far I have 6 bag seeds and an afghan kush bag seed.

Once I get my taxes, I'm going to build a room, get some lighting, and plant all 7 seeds.

I'm going to look at setting up a 5ftx4ft grow room, with an adjustable ceiling.

ill look into getting mylar to line the ply wood, and I will probably stick with a bunch of cfls for my lighting. If I do this, I'll definitely up date with photos.

If your doing plywood get flat ultra white paint...cheaper than mylar and works just as good. but make sure its ultra or something like that, the whiter the better. And no the paint won't hurt your plants, so long as its dry before you get them in the room

Get you a couple of fixtures that are easy to move for side lighting

Was going to grab 11 power strips, two for each wall and three for the adjustable ceiling.

22 Y splitters, two per power strip.

23-26 watt bulbs. 11 of each spectrum and dispurse evenly.

Exactly my point...when you can HPS is the way to go bro, i was all about cfl's til i got ahold of a 600...just can't compare

I would have virtually slapped you if you paid $100 on that but wouldn't spend $160 to get a complete hps system 150,250,400,600 watts lol

I might look in to hps later on down the road, once I get a job. I've been denied three jobs..two of them 20$ an hour. Having a possession charge definitely sucks mann

So im getting some awesome strains from my buddy in virginia,, hes supposed to send em out today or tomorrow,, hes been growing for years and years 10+,,, hes sending me Super Lemon Skunk,, Bandana, Ice, White Widow, and Blue Mystics,,, I cant wait,, but I think imma get these bagseed done first, upgrade my cab a lil bit maybe even just build a whole new one,, just waiting on uncle sam to give me my damn money lol

Oh and my bagseed are doing wonderful,, both of them, the lil one completely changed over night, shes looking more and more like her big sis which is almost a foot tall now! Im seeing lots of nodes and im pretty sure th ey are both ladies,, hoping anyways
