is it possible to clone from one if the two colas you create after topping, or would that be to much?

say I grew my plant to tall, 2ft, and my limit is 3, could I clip this at 1.5ft, and get the top to root and grow?

if so, would you use the cup of water method, or what?

Rooting your topped plant is also not as simple as a normal clone ,
A lot more attention is needed. I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner.

I figured it would b harder.

I didn't plan in doing it, was just curious in case I messed up n veged to long waiting for
the seeds to sprout, all though, at lights on this morning, I.saw one seed popping up :))

when I watched a video of cloning, the guy cut the top foot off his plant, cut allll the nodes off except like the
top two. I was like wthh, why would he cut so much off....... assumed so it wouldn't drink nearly as much water?

That's how u trim em up when taking a clone...but usually done from bottom of ant...u don't wanna take away one of ur tops.....that's a top bud...ur best bud

I dont plan on doing it, but I dont want to go 12/12 from seed, I want to give em at least a week of vegging, but if I do that, my older plant might end up to tall..

Guess Ill switch em up this weekend and have 4 plants go 12/12 from seed.

I put a plant in the back yard under some trees, since it turned out to be a hermie....

Only problem is, the area is really shady.. N i think it only gets direct sunlight in the early mornings.(if any)

Is it still ok? or will it not grow being in a really shaded area?

Its like a big circle of shade... like 6 ft in diameter...

No man...ugggghhh...ur killin me....#1 bad to move plants in n outside...#2 yes it will need full sun...all day....#3 plants do not reach sexual maturity til around week 3....no sense in flipping lights at week one it won't flower...top...lst...fim...several training techniques to use to control height... I thought u were upgrading set up soon w tax $....make ur space taller...

but the plant needs to stay out side, its hermie, dont want it by my ladies

Oh...fuck it then... doubt it'll flower in the shade...not well anyway...may b a risk not worth taking having the hermi in ur yard...in the shade.

He is correct if thats the situation the hermie will be more trouble than what its worth...it will still produce seeds in darkness, just not alot.

Im ok with seeds. It wont smell this way, since it shouldnt produce much bud right? Im not realy paying any attention to it, if it grows cool if not, o well too. Just wondering if there is a chance.

I just got 6 Seeds of some Popcorn Bud.

Any one ever had this? Good strain to grow??

All those beautiful growing tops :D shes going to be a nice CFL producer u think???? :DDD lol
