Hey guys im thinking about getting a 10x10x7 tent and running it with 2 600w hps lights for flowering. And having around 18-24 plants n there on the ebb n flo system. what do u guys think and would i be able to yield alot? inputs would help

I just finally ordered my tent and a few more supplies. I hope get this in next week and i'll set it up with some pics. I'm going to attemt to split my tent in half to make a veg and flower room. If anyone has done this already let me know how. The tent size is 8 feet by 4 feet so I have plenty room with 6 plants in each room. Running LED's in my flowering room and t5's for the veg.

if you have your system dialed in perfect you can get 1 gram per watt so you could get 1200 grams(42.8 ounces)but if your getting 1/2 gram per watt your doing ok

I'm gonna order me a 2x4x5 setup next week when I have the $. I should fit very well under my basement stairs, and since it's already black, it should blend in with the shadows and the other stuff I store down there quite nicely. I was gonna do a rubbermaid grow, but when I checked out these tents and noticed one for my needs (I'm looking to do two girls at a time, tops.) was reasonably priced, I changed my mind right away.

I love tent grows cause they're all like little self contained laboratories.

Its interesting to see how different people set up their tents with hydro, lights, soil, fans, carbons....etc.

HI all I have a DS100 with a 400 watt HPS I recently put In a RVK 230 cfm with rhino filter temps where around 81f cant get it down any more???? any ideas
I also got a 100cfm fan pulling cool air in

Do you have your ballast inside the tent?...that can cause some heat.

No the ballasts screwed up on a wall well away from the tent and anything wet or damp Only thing I can do at mo is open the tent a little at the bottom but thinking the only real way is a cool tube but then I't prob get to cool lol

huh you havnt got a cooltube/cooled reflector? you defo need one with good fan and 600 hps in them you can grow some good shit. thats if your serois abt growing well this is my set up

magnum xxxl reflector with a 520cfm fan, 600w mh for veg and 600whps for flower, it works great with heat staying at 75F when light is on wich is brillian i gues ;)
im using canna coco pro soil with all canna nutes and im loving it :) al this set up is in a dr150 tent.

I'v got a 400 hps just right for my tent HPS rules big fat dense buds every time. but not my first plant lol that was a fuck up.

streched it in early veg Only got 1.1 oz despite it being 3 ft tall but was using normal plant food lol

I'm dying for a 400w hps. Once I get the girls (2nd week of flowering) thru the 8 & 9 weeks smell test with the tent and carbon filter. If they pass it's cool tube 400w, I have zero doubt it'll more than double the yeild of 192W T5.

my temps go to 85F some times in same tent as yours got a 600w hps in there, should i be worried about the temps?

and one more quastion bro how tall do you veg ur sativas and indicas till? so they dont get to tall for the tent at the end.

Looks like alot of us Tent growers use the 400w HPS....


Well add one more to the train!, Cause i just got my 400w HPS set up inside my 3'x3'x6.5' tent....Man is that baby bright.

I guess i can post up some pics in a while when theres some buddage.

I run a DR120W with a Lumatek 600w HPS and cool tube for my flowering tent. My veg tent is a GL60 with around 300w cfl.

Not too many grow tent threads, hope this thread sticks around, I'd like to see some more set ups :weed:
