theres a couple spots around me where the canopy is open, natural lettuce grows in some of the open spots. is that a good sign of decent soil?

i should imagine so yes, but the sun moves so some areas are in shade during some parts of the day, so find a northfacing slope the sun will be there all day

as for the lettuce if somethings growing there then there are already nutrients in the ground for plant life, hence why something is growing there, so yes the soil does support life i dont know how growing lettuce compares to cannabis but

its better than having a spot where nothing grows, im planning on bringing compost up in a bag to my site, which has good stuff in it for growing,

did you know that if you plan to do loads of things in the year bu the year goes fast and you had loads of things you di which were all a few months in between

you tend to rmemebr a year for the good things therefoe thats y it seems to havr gone so fast

but u dont rmemeber the bad things u dot rmemebr things in between the really boring moements

I know how u can do the mini greenhous thing it wont eb any permenant think but just to use for a week or month till ur plants grow to big but it will help u get a jump start and survive the frosts u might get

i dont got any pics of it since it winter in canada and it all in storage now. but here is the link to the site i learned how to build it. there are many dif ways to build htem u can look online for other ways but they all are relitively the same.

you can have ur lil seedling/babies out way before the last frost and even when its still too cold for the plant to survive since the vapour barrier keeps all the suns warmth in it
you can also lay a black tarp on the bottom of it to absorb the light it will warm up givin more heat if u want to even push it earlier as long as it dont get too cold for ur plants (some plants more cold resistant then others) they could die so good idea is to set it up and let it warm up for a day or too then put ur babies in

it is not very tall and can easily be taken apart when not needed (after last frost) and very portable easily can bring to sites thats if u dont glue it together


you dont need to worry about stealth as much in the spring so u can get away with it since not many ppl grow and are even remotely thinking about finding peoples grows i usually have 3 of these set up at 3 dif spots around my place and i can get 30 seedlings at about 1'-2.5' feet by the time last frost has past

u can hold more it all depends on how big u make it

and i never have these lil greenhouses at these babies permenant home just incase sum one does see them and notices me going there and back

doing this u dont gotta worry about leaving a path

put them in there until theyre too big, but by that time the frost would have been gone it will be well into spring

well ive looked at that greenhouse and ill just see whats in the rubbish tip! theres a big load of shit where people have fly tipped a load of crap in the woods but im gonna put our site way away from that, i dont think anyones dumped there for years but there may be some good stuff to use.

cant wait to have a greenhouse and potted plants! beats leaving some plants out in the open

Yea, pissing around you area works. Also, if you cut you hair regularly or have a way to get the hair from a barber, that also works. The "FEDZ" have bigger things to worry about than your garden. Even if they DID happen to try to do some sort of forensic examination of the site(which is very highly unlikely),They would have to have your DNA/finger prints/etc. on file in a data base for it to be any real problem.
