Growing without nutrients

And I thought it was true there’s enough food in the soil for atleast a month but I guess they lie at the store
No …. Each plant in that soil regardless if pot ir whatever will exhaust it on its own schedule ….

The absolute MINIMUM you can do is to top off that pot with MORE HF and water it in. That simple step will help recharge the base medium ( plus plant is already used to it ) then hunt down a simple dry fertilizer.

Dry fertilizer:
Dr. Earth
Megacrop
Happy Frog Fruit and flower
DTE 4-4-4
Etc.

Water Soluble
Jacks
Maxibloom ( you can run this from start to finish )
Dynagro
Gh Flora
Etc.

Okkk I’ll get that also gonna order it today I’m obviously guessing that’ll kill the bugs
Yes but you need to confirm what you've got first. I'm just taking a guess that you've got thrips based on the leaf damage. Hopefully not aphids or mites. Either way, you need to figure that out and target whatever bug it is. Most sprays should only be applied during veg. As soon as flowers start to form, you are really limited in what you should spray on them.

I sprayed with neem oil again ln but I doubt it’ll work…again probably my 3rd time spraying the plant down
Neem works to deter the bugs from feeding on the plants, but only where you sprayed. If it rains, it isn't effective anymore. Captain Jack's will kill them when sprayed.

You need to spray all surfaces. Underside of leaves, inside the middle section, etc. It can be tough to get everything, but if you do it a few times, you can stay ahead of any major damage. Again, only until flowers start forming.

I don't mind using citric early in flower, but I haven't needed it any later than that yet.

Plus one for this advice, it's solid and will get you there. I grow in Happy Frog and use Ocean Forest as a top dressing, no synthetic nutes; I got the basic idea from Budzbuddha and my methods are similar. I've never regretted it. Keep it simple.
