Thx for the well wishes from you two. I feel much better today after taking cold meds and chicken soup for the past 2-3 days. Ive got a few little somethings for you two also from each strain.
Ive got to finish trimming the WC clone but its so sticky its slow going. Then I will start on the WC red/white strain and I should be done by Dec, lol. I will be so glad

Yea I have been ok for about a week. I have been drooling over this WC clone which is stinky and sticky.
Im trying to finish up on the WC clone plants (sideshow Bobs) and then its on to the WC red/white pistl plants. Hopefully the last ones wont be as much of a pain in the ass as the C clonews have been. I should of trimmed them before I hung them because they were stick and all the fan and smaller green leaves stuck to the buds making it harder to trim.
You should have plenty with that harvest you had. Good job especially with that ton of rain.

Well I looked at them and most I have not grown but they are from good breeders. Violator Kush from Barneys Farm: should do well in your area, Aurora Indica from Nirvana: watch for mold and bud rot issues with the indicas, Bubblelicious from Nirvana, and Papaya from Nirvana; Heard both of these were good strains, Then I got a single LA Woman ( is this a cross of LA confidential? If so it should be dank. I will be growing out a LA confidential hybrid in 2010) and a single Lemon Skunk both DNA; an old time favorite and heard it was tasty.
The WC red/white pistil plants I grew this past grow have a strong lemony smell when I am cutting the buds off the stems.
Really, all of those strains are good quality. I think you will be happy with the variety too. How they do in your environment is up to mother nature. I have damper conditions as I go into OCT so I tried to change the finishing times of my picks so they finish sooner so I can try to mitigate the bud rot issue. You have monsoon rains late in your season (at least this year you did). You can't do anything about hurricanes and torrential rains so that's a dice roll. All of us OD growers are at mother natures mercy. We win some, loose some, and some get rained out.

how do you feel bout that Chemo Cindy? huh? whats it smell like there ya have the CC? I am very curious to see how it came out for you...... mine smells sour? Its kind of hard to tell right now......

The CC was one of the best structured and fastest growing plants I had, biggest and best branching and trunk structure. It rotted a little but nothing like the others. I loved the smell of the CC. Stronger than the WC red and denser (as large as WC red but denser and easier to trim) bud structure too. The WC definately has a lemony smell when cut off the trunk but the CC has a pleasent almost fruity smell.
I have given samples out and I got very good smoke reports for the CC for both taste and high. I will be taking some with me on my trip for some expert opinion.
I hope both your strains turn out good for you

....... I chop mine in 3 weeks or so...... that reminds me..... How long did you let her go for? She is right on the brink of week 7 for me (today is day 4
4 9 in flower........ and she looks like she still has about 3 weeks to go??? the Maui Skunk looks like she is in the same spot....... but my WC and Twilight look like they are just over two weeks out........

That will be one hell of a road trip. I better pack extra bags and essentials.
According to my grow journal, I cut the WC red/white at the begining of week 13. The CC I cut week 10-11. I had to cut the WC strain because of threat of bud rot which got the WC white pistils. For some reason the WC red pistils was a bit more resiliant to the bud rot. The CC was cut about the right time and had very little rot at all. The WC series foxtails towards the end about week 8-9.
The WC white did not have much resin production but the WC red, while not coating the leaves very much has an average amount (Coats your scissors and glove when trimming). Wc white had a high leaf to calyx ratio making it a pita to trim. The WC red has less leaf to calyx ratio and the CC has the lowest. The CC was a dream to trim compared to the rest of these strains.
Of all the WC hybrids I grew I have been told that the CC and the WC clone (WCD) were the best. Now no one has tried WC red/white pistil one yet but I think that opinion will hold true

This year was one for the record books alright. I pulled my last 3 little late uncared for clones this morning. "Frosty the purple snowman" dammit now wished I'd have let it all go this long. oh well
