Much appreciated. So if trichomes aren’t the biggest indicator for harvest what is?Because everyone here is telling you a month, so no your ppms are fine for alotta weeks to go. So sit tight and buckle in.

Never mind was tying before I saw this. Thank youAll your white pistils while turn orange, then thr orange start receding back into the calyx which causes your buds to swell. The last 2 weeks of harvest are crucial, it's just about patience and waiting it out. Yah it's hard but your 8 weeks just in.flower is awhile, so might as well sit tight. Because drying last 8-10 days if you can 2 weeks, then your trim and jar it and depending how.you like your smoke you can cure for a month to have good flower.
When I was first starting I watched a ton of videos. Most informative were almost always in foreign lands (in in USA) and what stuck with me most was when a guy asked a Jamaican woman how she knows when the buds are ready and she says "they are ready when the buds are hard and full". Looking at triches is unnecessary.Much appreciated. So if trichomes aren’t the biggest indicator for harvest what is?
Yes, it is absolutely safe. Starving a plant at the end is silly, give it what it needs until you harvest.Hello everyone, I just wanted to know if it’s safe to harvest even if I have high ppms. .......snip.........
I agree with everyone you have a min of 3 weeks most likely 5 is where it’ll be truly ready. The plant won’t be toxic From nutrients in the soil most of whats in the plant won’t magically come out regardless of what you do. Your plant is a tad bit on the light side and needs fed. Just keep them happy and keep on trucking. simply Figure most plants are going to go for at least 12 weeks before even being remotely ready. Sativas hold on because they can go 18+.Never mind was tying before I saw this. Thank you
Those have about a month to go before they are ready for harvest. It shouldn't have a flower time of 12 weeks, says who? The breeder? If you harvest based on what they say you will continuously harvest early and have a sub par product. It just finished week 8 of flower and it’s an indica, it shouldn’t have a flower time of 12 weeks, at least I wouldn’t think. Plus most trichs are already milky. All pics are indicas and the breeder says about 8 weeks. I’ve fed them heavy up until the flush a few days ago too so the yellowing leaves don’t worry me I just wanna know if it’s okay to harvest with high ppms
Yes. It’ll be worth the waitWhat’s up everyone just an update on the girls. They’re looking riper, I’m still checking trichs too but wanted to know if you guys think I should still wait 2-3 more weeks to chop
Looking awesome. I'd go at least 3 weeks. What’s up everyone just an update on the girls. They’re looking riper, I’m still checking trichs too but wanted to know if you guys think I should still wait 2-3 more weeks to chop
Flavour, potency and yields.Alright cool. I’ll post some more updates as time goes on, I appreciate the help. Is the biggest benefit of waiting more yields?
Letting the plant finish properly and fully ripen effects lots of things other then yield. I explained the maturation process for you in my last post. So if you read through that you will be able to see WHY your plants still have at least 3 weeks left. The purpled looking one that is still completely covered in white pistols even has more then 3 weeks.Alright cool. I’ll post some more updates as time goes on, I appreciate the help.
