Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Yeah man definitely wait it out.

I just finished my first grow last week and thought they were done like three times. But then each time I’d wait and ten days later they’d look even better.

Mine were indica also and took 12.5 weeks. Definitely worth it though, idk if it’s normal but mine even smelled a lot different the last week.

Got it, I appreciate you all. One more quick question then I’ll let it rest. I haven’t seen anyone mention it in this thread but I did some reading a while ago and found out that light stress can cause new white pistils to form. I’m running the Spider Farmer SE7000 and it’s supposed to have 650 watts draw. It’s about 8-10 inches from top of canopy with the Bubba Kush (purple) being the closest. Could this be why I’m still seeing white pistils appear? Still plan on letting them go longer but just curious. Thanks in advance

The tips on the fan leaves of the Bubba Kush are burnt and pointing towards the light as well so could this be the case?

Depends on your strains pheno and where you are at in flower If your in the final stretch. Then yeah. Usually

Yep I’ve got it at 100%. Some are a little farther away from the light and have fewer white pistils, don’t know if this info helps

I think the light is a bit much that close.

I agree, and I think that may be why there are still so many white pistils. Not saying they don’t still have more time to go, just speculation. That and the fact that some of the trichs could be damaged makes me believe the light could be too intense.

I’ve only grown a handful of plants but when I had new pistils from light stress I also got a ton of foxtailing.

Got you. I had an auto do a little fox tailing on me some time ago, I think it was mainly genetics though, LSD Auto-25 from FastBuds. I’ll keep this in mind I appreciate it.

Update on girls, getting closer and glad I waited, thanks you everyone for the advice. The first 2 pics are a comparison of same plant just 10 days apart. I can easily see the difference in ripeness. The last 2 are just pics of other girls in the garden. About time to start checking trichs now?
