I haven't received our ballots yet- I got the voter's pamphlet in the mail yesterday and the ballots usually arrive shortly thereafter. There is no in-person voting in Oregon, been that way for about 20 years and there's never been a problem.
There is an issue with people who've been displaced by fires though, and one state legislator is calling for opening in-person voting sites in certain affected areas

and today got an email telling me that the post office had received it.
Next they will tell me when the Registrar of Voters office receives it, and then when it is actually counted.

I voted almost two weeks ago and for some reason I instantly felt better. Even though I always vote on election day, I feel more relaxed and less concerned about the debates and the elections in general.
