Has anyone heard if or when the court case will be? Your thoughts on the likelihood of a win?
Federal Justice Michael Manson sided with the group’s argument that they would not be able to afford medical marijuana if forced to purchase it from commercial producers.
Well if it goes down to $1-$2 bucks a gram maybe that will hurt the court cases. But then the LP won't make any money and will fold.I heard the same.

As far as how I see it going.. it's an interesting discussion. Depending on when the smaller LPs get licensed, it could go either way. If smaller LP's open and start selling $4 grams and other, cheaper alternatives than one of the primary arguments is going to go out the window.
I have to disagree. These companies aren't technically expecting to make all this money just off the medical users.Lets face they will never be able to run these businesses and make profits as long as we can do it cheaper. If it goes legal..maybe
well then those doctors need investigating for not doing their job properly but not every doctor is like thatI doubt they'll ever legalize the product.. I just know there are special doctors that you can pay to file the paperwork for you indifferent of having a real issue. "Back pain" is something that's very hard to measure. Once you have that prescription, you can order product for the next year. If you're a casual user, even 3 grams a day adds up pretty quick.
Agreed. But it is a tough situation. The reason I use back pain as an example is because it was a popular on (from what I've heard) in California and because it's something I suffer from myself. When doctors try to diagnose my back pain they just poke different spots and ask, "Does it hurt here?". Say yes enough times and even a chiropractor will believe you have chronic back pain. If they can't find the problem, even more reason to medicate instead of trying to adjust it.well then those doctors need investigating for not doing their job properly but not every doctor is like that
Your right Dan, I am curious about the privacy breach suit. I haven't heard anything concerning it for a few months. Not positive but I think Vianarchris means the class action regarding our medical info being tossed out for the world to see....
