The lawyers at perkins coie handle ALL of the administrations legal issues, INCLUDING the 5 lawsuits challenging his eligibility... some of which were thrown out by Bush appointees.

They handle all tax issues, employment issues, review all speeches... etc of the corporation that is the Obama white house. Yes, they handle all of the frivolous law suits too.

I am not vindicating anyone. I mean only that ridiculous legal fees are common for presidents trying to comply as little as necessary.

These lawsuits are no different than the ones brought against Bush for "war crimes". Frivolous... as the judges have all said. He has satisfied the requirements. And you are absolutely incorrect about being born outside of Hawaii and getting a Honolulu BC.

It sets a policy of non disclosure of non required documents. If you ran in 2012, I would recommend the same strategy... which is the strategy every president in memory has had.

For someone that so so against wasted government spending and increased taxes, you seem to really support these stupid charges that are never going to go anywhere.

And this drives up the costs of the legal system, the judges paid, lawyers, people in the offices having to push the paper, all cost us money.

People that push these frivilous lawsuits and then talk about" taxes = slavery "are hippocrates.

No it doesn't because if you listen to the people that are calling for this, the only thing that will EVER be enough information to silence them is somehow to jump back in time and make Obama's dad a US citizen before his mom was impregnated.

It is your side that is wasting all this money, and there is nothing that he can do. If he did provide a actual birth certificate now it would just be looked at as a falsified document to you. And that I would believe.

What good would that do? You seriously think that if they provided a birth certificate at this point you would believe it? Mind that this would be coming from the Obama administration, that you have proven to not trust anything that they have said or done, and repeatedly called a nazi or socialist.

And even if you lie and say you would, the other birthers out there have said that they would not.

Yes I do think it will solve all the problems. All he needs to do is pick up the phone and have the long form released.

A better question might be why all the fuss about NOT releasing it? Why all the fuss about NOT releasing any papers where Obama has signed off on his origin of birth?

These are not outrageous questions, but questions in response to crazy patterns. Patterns made by Obama himself and no one else. this is a mess of his own doing and only he can resolve it. He chooses not to..... why? It certainly isn't helping him lead!! It certainly is hurting his administrations credibility! The polls are GROWING against him!

The common sense thing to do is clear the decks of dissension, but alas no, that option cannot be taken....why?

The answer is right in front of you......
