If your really concerned about heat and temp, get a box fan and have it on the floor blowing air up in your box. This will help with getting air to the plants Stomata which are pores on the leaf's underside that are like nostrils. Stomata regulates the the flow of oxygen and carbon dioxide for the plant. Keep in mind that if your temp rises, no good circulation of air, dirt, dust foliage spray will clog the leaves Stomata which will prevent rapid growth of your plant. Good Air Circulation helps prevent pest and fungus attacks. Reason I mention this is cause I had a mildew issue in my Veg Box because of stale air. Heat rises and cool air is low so a box fan on the floor would stimulate the shit out of your plants Stomatas!!!! Hope that helped, I did research on that cause of my mildew issue that I seem to have fixed now. Enviromental Control is critical IMO!!!

Ya I have an oscillating fan that blows the heat off the blub area.. and I have a box fan that I will use also when I get home. I'm pretty sure that I've got the heat thing under control for the moment. I know I wouldn't have as healthy plants as I do without the help from everyone on here! Good to know that if and when I do have a problem that someone on here will be able to help me through it!

Yea this is my first time using both.. I've been using the sweet on one headband, and one chem.. Then the molasses on the others. I'll be keeping constant updates for sure! I'm gonna get some new pics tonight.. The ladies are starting to take off in size! Its awesome!

hey guys sorry its been a min.. Had some unexpected guest comin and had to move the ladies.. But they are now in a 4.5x4.5x7 tent and loving it! I'm super excited about it. They have a lot more space now. And now into the mix is the god bud which you'll see in the pic. Its the one in the bucket. Sorry about the shitty pics.. Going to check on the ladies right now. I'll be back with better pictures =)

Looks good, how are your temps doing? Can you seal it shut yet? I dont remember if you had added a CFM fan or something. Plants looking good and set up is very clean. Good work.

Hell ya man I can fully seal it and the temp didn't go over 81.4 degrees! I'm really excited about that! I have a 6" vortex pulling the air through the light. So its pretty cool when its fully sealed you can actually see the tent sucking in lol. Pulls a lot of fresh air in there!

Hey thanks for the kind words man! It really is a clean ass setup! I was a skeptic on the tents, but now i'm sold for sure!


So as i promised here's some pics, but i got there just as the lights turned on, so still has the stupid lines in it. Also look how the tent barley fit.. like an inch and a half of space to the sealing lol!! Also feed and watered today.. There starting to drink more water!! I love it.. Watered with about 3/4 of a gallon each. And the one in the 5 gallon bucket with about a gallon!

Negative pressure I read is really good for a grow enviroment. Anyone ever hear that before, my tent is the same way and my plants seem to enjoy it. Your tent BJ is just a little bit bigger than mine. Its nice to have room inside the tent?

Ohh man i can totally walk around in there now problems with me and my partner in there. And yea i've actually read on the negative pressure a little bit. Pretty much from what i gathered is that you always have a constant supply of fresh air going into the tent. So really i guess you wouldn't need co2 supplement. Please correct me if i'm wrong! I'm sure that adding co2 won't hurt! And my clones from the headband, and chemdog have rooted so i'm going to plant a few of them into soil, and a few into dwc buckets!! Can't wait lol

I pull air from outside my window and also exhaust out the window. So no stale air at all and no need for CO2 IMO. My plants seem to be just fine without it. I smoked a blunt in mine when I put it up by myself and before I put plants in it....LOL

Thats so funny that you say that! We did the exact same thing, but hooked up the filter, and exhausted right into the room, and you couldn't smell shit!!

BLACK OPS!!! FUCK YA!! Only for PC though, my fingers SUCK for controller joystick coordination. Accurate as hell with a mouse though.

Today marks 2 weeks of flowering.. Going to check on the ladies after work, and i'll be sure to take some good pictures. So do you guys think that when i water with just PH'd water it would be good to add some molasses to the mix, or just use the water? Also got the next batch of clones rooted. So i'm building my first ever DWC bucket today!! I'm super excited! I'll definitely post pics up of that when i build it! Sorry for no pics right now, but i'll have them up for your viewing pleasures tonight! So who's got who for the NCAA champs?

Hey sounds good! We use a lot of molasses, and often times we mix it with just plain water too. Maybe like once or twice a month we give them pure fresh water, but generally it's nutes, tea, or water/molasses.
