So RIU whats your method of cooling your buckets? my room hits something like 80 degrees and as such my resivoir is showing the same temperature! Obviously 80 is way tooooooooo high for dwc, so what do you recommend RIU to chill my buckets? I bought some water bottles, standard 20 oz and plan on freezing and placing in resivor, but how many do you think ill need for a 5 gallon bucket to keep it cool while 12/12 is on?

and i wouldnt put the bottles in the rez, if you can get a tray and fill it with water, put your bucket in it. and put the ice bottles in the tray, the bottle in your rez could move alot and direct air from your roots somewhere else

In order:
1. use an air cooled reflector
2. use coolers instead of buckets
3. put ice bottle directly in res - in a cooler, one will work for 24 hrs
4. add more air conditioning
5. be a sucker and buy a chiller

You'd be suprised but a bigger fan would help the room temps. How big is your fan?

Currently i'm running my veg tent without an exhaust fan and saw my temps rise from 62F with a 550CFM fan to res temps of 73F with nothing. Big difference by just not running the fan. Need to get one stat.
